Loss of time for various unpromising bounty is certainly very unpleasant, but when trading on stock exchanges there is a high probability of losing money, and this is often a much more significant loss.
I will summary the pros and cons of doing bounty campaigns and trading.
Bounty pros:
1. it is free, probably you can loose only your time
2. it is easy, as we can see, everyone can do it
even you are not good in english 
3. the potentional is huge, you never know how much you earn
4. you can do it when you have a time
Bounty cons:
1. 90% of bounty campaigns are waste of time
2. the risk of ID abuse is high

2019 has been a year with mixed feelings for crypto enthusiasts. A lot of bounty hunters have now switched over to trading, because bounty is longer profitable.
Some that have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.
I envisage that in two to three years to this time, the population of people on bounty will reduce drastically, because it will no longer be profitable as it used to be.

I think in the next 3 year, the bounty will no longer exist, and the people will switch to trading to get profit from cryptocurrency. Bounty now is not worth and totally scam, so that I don't want to join any bounty campaign to work because almost bounty campaign I joined is non-potential and scam.

As for me, bounty campaigns now show not very consoling results. For some reason all the bounty campaigns go bankrupt. Because now I prefer to trade. It is much more profitable than bounty.

Now to earn money from crypto is not enough from bounty, sometimes bounty will earn nothing at all because the project is trash and no one buy it from listing.
So, we have to learn trading to earn some bucks right now
As that I think bounty is not profitable to you for every day, and the success ico found is a lot difficult now. But trading your daily profitable ways, if you have good knowledge about trading. So, in my opinion I should trade in every field.
if you become bounty hunter you will get free money from helping or is that mean you'll paid in some coin or token. and if you want to become trader, you need to invest or deposit balance to exchange or brokers, if you're pro trader of course that will be more profitable than bounty hunters.
Well this is your thinking but according to me both are good so I prefer using both as in bounty I will be able to gain free bitcoin and altcoins, I can use my knowledge and make money, trading is also one of the best way to increase your money, buy at low price then hold it to trade later on at higher price, our patience and knowledge can help us become milliner trader.
Bounty is now very disappointing and the profitability is now so very low. I don't blame anyone who leaves now because trading, to me, is much better. Trading is not easy as well, that is why one has to learn well before going into it.
Yes, unfortunately the bounty huunting business has came to an end after the unsuccesfull 2018.. As you said the bounty hunters turned to a traders, because who ever come to this cryptocurrency market never leave here again. I was also bounty hunter and made quite good ammount of money in 2016 an 2017 but lost many of them in 2018. Now i try to join some good bounties but it is very hard to find, and try to trade daily and try to make some profits..

for me as a bounty hunter i do the task and get payment and next i become a trader with bounty payment to trade in exchange.

Bounty and trading both are very good to earn cryptocurrency. You can try both same. But if you have not enough knlowdge of trading you can lose your capital. Other hand you can earn free cryptocurrency from bounty. Bounty is the best way to earn free cryptocurrency.
This is true, Bounty is no longer profitable... now are too many people plus some of them lost the confidence because are lots of scammers...

Unfortunately you're right, the current situation of the crypto market makes it hard to earn anything from bounties.Some that have combined the two (both bounty and trading), while larger percentage are still into bounty, despite not being profitable.

But IMHO if the market gets bullish and new good projects start to crowdfund, maybe it gets better. So, I'm not sure about 2-3 years later. Maybe it will become better than its current state.
for the last year i earned almost nothing from bounties and i gave up, i do not 'work' anybody for free anymore. and about trading i am damn lucky that i did not trade in the last year. otherwise i would be crying loudly as anybody else should hear from anywhere of the world..
i am personal doing both, for me bounty always the best way to make money in my free time and trading some altcoin everyday. Trading have a more risk than doing bounty.

bounty hunter is getting less and less because now there are very few good ICOs for them to work with. But the good news is that the market is recovering. So we have other things to do instead of just bounty. That's right, more and more people switch to trading because it is more profitable and you can earn a lot more, but you need knowledge in this area and it’s best to start trading with someone who already has vast experience in this area and then everything will be ok.
Most of the time I use bounty to earn my coins and then If i already have acquired enough can also be traded but trading requires a lot of time and focus and if you are good enough in it you can lose what you have so it still depends on you in what will be more convenient and more profitable for you. If you have Higher rank you can apply in good paying bounty campaigns that pay in bitcoin by using signature but sadly you are not yet qualified for that.
