Yes, they can really do that. Some projects don't translates one language they translate three or more for the convince of all the interested investors and supporters around the market that ghe only keeps them away beacuse of the language barrier.

Usually with the transfer there are no problems in the company's bounty. Bounty hunters are engaged in translation and these are the main languages.

Good decision that you focus on youtube bounty, Personally I would like to see videos rather that reading long statements or information about a project. Plus youtube is a good place for a lot of people especially those who don't know much on platforms like this. A simple yet informative video will help this project.

A proper and well made video can work out in their favour but meh IMO it will depend a lot on whether people will actually both or just do the least needed

in my opinion, the developers did everything right, they shot the video in several languages, which will be clear to all supporters of the project. The more translations there are, the more people will be able to learn about the project.

More people appreciate vedios than plaine writings. They found it more interesting and understandable. Information and other details are well explained. Project goals, plans and objectives are very much noticeable and clear. So if someone ask me , I would always in favour in vedio presentation.

The developer is a good judge of promotion of a product and has very responsibly and seriously approached the matter. I didn't meet such system of charge bounty for video yet. We will look as it will work.
