Both men can definitely win and I think it is possible that both are just thinking the same thing, it is to win, this is a very close fight in my opinion, on their first clash Chocolatito won with a Unanimous Decision Chocolatito did punch with volumes so in their 2nd round Chocolatito have shown another great fight again but the judge decision is very controversial here, the score was so close that they think Chocolatito have won their 2nd match, it is a split decision and a close card, well I say Estrada did something to the get judge decision that other don't see but lets all wait on who's going to win on this Trilogy.
Estrada really try to out muscle and put pressure and become aggressive in the second half of the fight that's why the judges see him winning on a very close and controversial decision. But Chocolatito has more power, but Estrada has volume and work rate. So this fight can sway on either direction. It's probably depends on how the judges are going to see the fight. Maybe a draw, which is rare is boxing could happen here.

I Agree! let's just hope it is not a draw, Grin hehe, but yes I can not say who is a better boxer because both of them had a pretty different style than the other, and you are right this will definitely depend on the judge decision, if there are more technical shots or there is a volume of shots a fighter could  throw this will be a decision for the judge watchful eyes on the fight, their decision to make, but if I would choose who do I think going to win, I would surely go with Chocolatito, Roman Gonzalez can sure give more if he can get a devastating punch on Estrada he can have a KO win.

This is going to be a tough trilogy fight for Estrada Haven lost to Gonzales in 2012 and had to stand a toe-to-toe  blow all night. Going by the statistics I guess Gonzales is getting more prepared for this rematch following the 391 by Gonzales and 314 by Estrada. It's going to be real tough

To predict this kind of match will be difficult, both Estrada and Chocolatito has fought two times while Chocolatito won and Estrada also won. I can not bet on this kind of match, but I think if I would have to choose between the two of them who is going to win the third coming match between both of them, I will go for Estrada, but I will not be surprising if the match goes other way but still it will be a good match to watch for pleasure.

I have seen the two fights and it deserves a third fight and there's a possibility that it's not going to be a trilogy at all, the two fighters are made for each other, both fighters are prepared and ready to engage, Chocolatito is already old and slow on their last fight but he still can last a full 12 rounds I'll go for Estrada here, if the fight is like the one that they left behind in the second fight, then the fight could go either way.

Agree, it is in the mold of other great trilogies and more, like Barrera-Morales or Israel Vasquez vs the younger Marquez. For sure as others have said, this is going to be a toe-to-toe battle from round 1 and it could go and last a full 12 rounds and it will go to the judges scorecard. But if there is another controversy, we might see a fourth fight. This is 50/50 in my opinion, hard to predict who has the edge in this fight. SD for the winner.

Any betting odds already for this trilogy fight?

No odds yet mate, we will have to wait a bit.

I'm not a big fan of these fighters, but the fact that they are in a trilogy, makes me think that they have a successful first two fights and this will be the final fight. Hopefully they'll be able to sell especially in PPV, we supported an exhibition fights, we need to support more the real fights like this.

Yes, two great fights that can go either way, in the first fight, Gonzalez wins, but there are fans that says Estrada should be get the nod. In the rematch, Estrada won by a split decision, but there is also a case that Gonzalez should have won that fight. So it's really very close that's why a trilogy is needed to settle the score between the two warriors.

Maybe there's no adjustments in the third fight, they will start swinging at it again. Both are going to be aggressive. In the last fight, Gonzalez started being the aggressor so the first half belongs to him. Not sure if he gets tired, because it was Estrada's turn in the second half and that's what the judges saw. But it's a controversial decision as majority saw Gonzalez winning because of his aggressiveness early.
Probably but there's definitely a mind game involved but we know that they will probably review their fight in tapes and the winning and losing side will try to see what they did wrong and what they did right and how can they capitalize more on the right things that they did.
I'm not sure what do you mean my mind games, this is already their third fight, they have known the styles and weaknesses, so for me, as both are rivals in this weight class, they will just go at it just like the first 2 fights. And see who stands as the winner. I'm not seeing Gonzalez not being the aggressive and change like to be the counter puncher. And Estrada will not hold back, his style is to overwhelm his opponent with volumes.

Good that Estrada is true to his words after he won the second fight. He said that he will give Gonzalez a third fight because it was really close. I will go with Estrada here, I think Gonzalez has shown wear and tear during the last fight. This is probably his last fight as he is no longer in his prime and probably just wanted to exit with a bang (good pay check).

But Chocolatito throws more punches in the second fight, so I think as far as volume punching, it should be Gonzalez. So the second fight is really debatable, it's a UD win for Estrada but it can go either way. And with that said, this is still winnable for Chocolatito, and I don't think that age is a big factor for him as obviously he can still throw 100 punches per round.

Both of them did become a volume puncher in their second fight. And I would agree that it can go either way, but Estrada seems to get the decision because of the way he touches Gonzalez. Fighters are good as their last fight, so I would say that Estrada would be the better condition as Gonzalez body might not be in the best shape because of his age.

I enjoyed their last fight so hopefully but sides will give their best performance to make a good show of skill and power. Probably another UD will happen on this one which is good for me because for me it's not important who gets knocked out, what I want is a dragged fight that ends with both side still standing.

Estrada will surely be a favorite in this match but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be a tough fight for him. I've seen how aggressive Gonzalez is and I guess he still has to learn how to handle every punch that Gonzalez might throw. Gonzalez is well-motivated and he will surely do everything to win this fight. It's a match that we have to look forward.
If Gonzalez continues to do the same thing in their next match, Estrada will probably do the same thing and will probably cause him to win again. Maybe he will do it differently this time or make a more aggressive approach than the last time so he can do some knockout.

@bisdak40 - bro, what's you call on this? I know that you are a big fan of Chocolatito, hehehe

These two deserve this trilogy or even a fourth fight if the third fight will still be close.

I'm a big fan of chocolatito as this man looks amazing in the back when he was still undefeated but this Estrada is the one whom I'll never forget as he is the one who dealt Milan Milendo the biggest loss of his career which was his first title fight if my memory serves me right  Grin.

Roman Gonzales will still be the underdog going into this fight but still, I'm going to root for him as he have a high possibility to pull an upset this time.

I'm also thinking that maybe Roman Gonzalez being the underdog will have to used that as motivation and pull an upset and become a world champion again. This is very important fight for Gonzalez, because if he losses again, he is done. So. this is a legacy fight and a must win for him. Yeah, it if goes to on the judges scorecard and be razor thin close, we might see a 4th fight.

Take note that this is their second fight in a year, no mandatory, straight up 3rd fight.

Estrada will be the slight favorite going into this fight based on the strength that he beat Gonzalez last time. But it doesn't mean that he will have the advantage in the trilogy. For me it was Gonzalez who won the second fight, but the judges saw otherwise. So the same here, I will bet on Gonzalez by decision, could be unanimous.
That's if that will be the same for the third fight, if Gonzalez knows that he will have a hard time in the UD, I think that going aggressive this time will be much better and aiming for a KO would be the goal at the least. Regarding Estrada, I think that he will probably take it easy on this fight and try to do the same performance last time because if the formula works, he will probably do it again.
Maybe there's no adjustments in the third fight, they will start swinging at it again. Both are going to be aggressive. But it's a controversial decision as majority saw Gonzalez winning because of his aggressiveness early.
They, specially Roman Gonazalez, can't just go there and used his previous strategy because obviously he has lost. Maybe he needs to improve his stamina a bit or really look at Estrada's flaw that he can take advantage of. Just keep the phase and try to outdo the volume puncher in Estrada, but try to hit cleanly to impressed the judge so that in close quarters, he will get the nod and take the W.

gonzales must be the one who requested this 3rd fight. a win by decision makes people doubt the outcome, there has to be a KO to end it all.
i don't really follow the two. but looking into their records the two fights end with decisions which both must be a close fight.  both have wins to each other so as a tie-breaker a 3rd fight has to happen.
I don't think there will be KO to end the trilogy. The two doesn't have knock out power, they are really slugger, but who knows maybe Gonzalez can caught Estrada coming in and then boom, perfect timing.

You should look at there fights in youtube mate, it is really a war, both fights is a candidate for fight for the year (not sure if the 1st one won it already).
