Campaign Management?"Hhampuz" is the Man
^I don't understand why SugaSean wants to jump into boxing and challenge Tank Davis. Yes, he has a strong punching ability but that doesn't mean it's as strong as the boxers who always train their fists. And, he is still building his career in MMA. He may have won the title against Sterling but he needs to prove that he can keep it first. There are still strong fighters out there in UFC so the competition will not stop yet. Defending the belt will be a big trial for him. Hungry fighters will come and he should stay ready because there might be someone else already eyeing to challenge him.

Possible that he loves watching McGregor or idolizing him or he might want to have that luxurious money that McGregor receives after fighting Mayweather, as we all know that the revenue with Tank vs Ryan was a big success.

If he can hype that challenge and promoters will arrange the negotiation, we never know if how much money both
camps will earn if the fight takes place.

Just my opinion and whatever the reason for Sean to call and challenge Tank more on his own reason and maybe
we might hear some updates if there's a possibility that it will happen.

Rolly cannot hold his belt for long because he is the easiest of all the champions. Maybe what PBC wants here is to let another PBC fighter take the belt rather than lost it to rival networks and promotions. Ohara is now with GBP and DAZN so Al Hymen is trying to manipulate the system once again.

For sure Rolando Romero doesn't know what he is talking about, that he can attain a level like Manny Pacquiao he looks like he has Autism sorry about people that has Autism I surely never view this kind of thing negatively but Rolando Romero is like an Autistic dude that still remained in his childish ways, for sure if he fought Ryan Garcia this will surely end his reign for sure,

Rolando Romero is just a talkative person. And talkative people at times just talk and talk without even thinking. Maybe Romero has ADHD, who knows? But his confidence is at the other level. He is a very funny guy and probably thought he is handsome. He said Pacquiao has the ugliest style in boxing and that Tank Davis looks like a koala. He also said he felt bad that Devin Haney was born with poor genetics like having a big nose and being very ugly. Yet there was a time when he called Devin his son and that he is the biological dad. After his knockout lost to Tank at 135, he said that he is big in the division so he wants to move up 2 divisions at 147 and fight Errol Spence. He said 140 is a no-name division yet he is now campaigning at 140 with a belt gifted to him by the WBA and PBC.

He doesn't deserve a belt, PBC and corrupt WBA worked their magic to give him the title. He was knocked out at 135 by Tank and then he moves up to 140 for a vacant WBAbelt against an old man who gave him life and death but only for the referee to stop the fight favoring him. As Crawford said, boxing is one of the most corrupt sports if not the most corrupt.

Meanwhile, Sugar Sean O'Malley made a huge upset last weekend and became champion in the UFC. So it seems like the guy wants to cash out big time while he is still a champion by challenging Tank Davis in a boxing match. And then Ryan Garcia responded. Cheesy

Does anyone follow Dillon Danis on social media? He is going to fight Logan Paul in boxing on October 14 as part of the event of KSI vs Tommy Fury.
I don't know him but it seems that they're going to bag money again.

In any case, this is very funny. Dillon has been sharing pictures of Logan's fiancee with more than 10 different men and one of them was the fiancee dating Riffraff who appears to be not a very good human hehehe. Logan's response was a filing of a cease and desist order to stop the trolling. It appears everything is not good in paradise.

Whether he is fighting or not, Dillion Danis has never stopped flocking to social media, talking trash to and trolling countless people. So naturally, he has amped up these antics since the bout between he and Logan Paul was announced, posting pictures of Paul's girlfriend with various celebrities and ex's in order to mess with his foe.

Apparently, these trolling posts have led to Danis being contacted by Paul and his team, with them apparently telling the Bellator fighter to cease and desist the trolling, apparently even contacting authorities, otherwise Paul will withdraw from the contest.

Source https://www.mmanews.com/news/dillon-danis-cease-and-desist-trolling-logan-paul
If these are for real, I guess they're doing it as timely because of the upcoming fight. If this is what Dillon has been doing, he's having fun and trying to mental breakdown people like Logan or whomever he's going to be in his way. What a coincidence because I've just watched a vide of Logan that he just went to his girlfriend's crib with a surprise.

Tommy Fury is the brother of Tyson Fury. He also won against Jake Paul on February. KSI is another youtuber who also likes to fight in boxing very much like Jake and Logan hehehee. It appears we will witness another boxing event where there are professional fighters vs. youtubers.

Also, we cannot be certain if those pictures are real. I reckon Danis has shared more than 50 pictures of Logan's fiancee with different men, including older men. If this is real, Logan should reflect on his marriage proposal.

There is this news circulating in the net today that the 8 world division champion Manny Pacquiao will have an exhibition match against a Thai Boxing Legend Buakaw Banchamek.  It was reveal that the $25m exhibition fights will have a six rounds of boxing and they will be fighting @ 154 lbs.  There is a belt at stake here called WBC Legend Belt and will be given to whomever won the fight.  Though it has not been confirmed whether it will be considered a professional fight or an exhibition fight.

Source

I see, I was under the impression where Manny Pacquiao was set to face his former sparring partner, Jaber Zayani, somewhere in UAE or Saudi Arabia as that was the hot news a couple of months ago after Pacquiao fought that professional karate clown from South Korea (I obviously forgot what was his name). Grin

But for some reasons, maybe there wasn't any hype established and so both camps decided to forfeit it and this time, the boxing legend will face a local Thai legend in a boxing fight. Hopefully this time, it will be more entertaining compared to that recent fight where Pacquiao had where it's clear that the arena wasn't even half full.

the fight with the Muay Thai icon is an exhibition fight, he is not a Thai boxing legend. so this Banchamek is a Muay Thai legend vs Pacquiao a boxing legend, hence, the fight is billed as "The Match of Legends" ref article
for sure, if there will be betting lines, i will put money on pacquiao here as this exhibition match is based in boxing terms. even this Thai is predicting will be knocked out in first round.

Surely these sports outlets wasn't taking their research thoroughly and seriously because they have thought that Banchamek is a boxing legend in Thailand.
And in this article: Manny Pacquiao to Fight Thai Boxing Legend in $25M Exhibition, they are also saying the same thing just for the sake of delivering the news as fast as possible even if their facts wasn't that straight and even misleading.

Well, this should be good because I know Thai fighters aren't something to messed with or taking things lightly and if it's said that they will have a fight, it is also expected that they are also very serious about it. A legend vs legend, seems interesting.

Yup, if it's for real then we will see two greatness competing inside the ring, it will going to be a tough fight since both are no longer active from the sports that they are being well-known, though for sure they are still doing some of their routine, but in terms of fighting capabilities most of us are expecting to see more out from Pacquiao.

Let see if how he will perform and provide entertainment and enjoyment for those who will going to support him in this possible upcoming fight.

^ We will see if Rolly Romero did have injuries or clearly ducking his mandatory in Ohara Davies.

I have to check Ohara Davies resume and boxrec though to check if indeed why Romero sense to be avoiding him (doesn't make sense), since he fought Tank Davis already, in short he has the balls so why now?

72 hours means it should be US time by Monday and by the following day we will know if he has suffered injuries or not or will be stripped of his newbly WBA belt at 140 lbs.

Most likely it's a duck to me, he has been ordered by the WBA and yet it seems that Oscar and the governing body itself can't find Rolly?
Where is he hiding now? he is a big mouth and loves media attention, you can check his videos on youtube and other interviews.
But suddenly he went MIA, and it's good that he has been given at least 72 hours to explain everything and hopefully WBA will be fair to give Ohara Davies his time and crack for the belt. It's about time that they should enforce the mandatory specially in lesser body like the WBA. In they were able to do this, then for sure they could at least have the balls to tell Rolly to defend the belt and/or push a schedule already.

I'm not sure why he's ducking though but I think he's quite afraid that Ohara Davis will deliver his second loss as the man is more experienced and also a KO artist. And we know that he can't quite handle that as he was still healing from his loss against Tank Davis whom he though that he could actually take down just because Mayweather believes in him, but in the reality, Mayweather just delivered him to take a chance because that was Tank's last fight under Mayweather's banner.

Most likely that is the case, he is fighting lesser known boxers, and he should be facing Davies for the title, but it seems he is pulling excuses after one another and the recent is his injuries that we question whether he had one or is just afraid to defend it against Ohara.

Hopefully he will show his face rather than getting stripped without explaining and proving himself. He still have less 72 hours to think now and hopefully he will use that time to weigh the things more carefully.

We will see, times is running on his side, he either can show medical certificate, but this can be "doctored" as well. It's better for the WBA or Oscar to request a 3rd party to examined whether Rolly really has injured or just faking it out.

I love the exhibition match between the two legends, however, not sure about the WBC creating a belt of this fight? We already know that this two are legends in their own field but for me there's no need to create hype and make a belt out of it.

I don't think this will be considered as pro fights as both are into two different sports and Pacman will be at a disadvantage of Buakaw or the rules will allow him to used his fight. This is going to be a standard boxing match just like any other exhibitions that we have seen between a boxer and former MMA fighter.

I think these type of fights should not be called professional fight because that is going to mean this fight will be added to their professional career. And these type of matches should always be called and treated as exhibition matches. Because there is no reason for anyone to end this type of fight in a fighters career.

If a fighter at this point of his life loses a fight, and that is counted as a professional loss, it is going to be a disgrace for any professional fighters. I definitely think this is going to be an exhibition. But they have made a belt to get so that they can create more hype. After all the more hype they can create, the more tickets they can sell, and that is going to get them more money.

This is interesting knowing there are lots of Pacquiao's fans who will surely support this fight, we know his greatness when he still dominating the ring and now that there's a fight whether an exhibition or a title even it will still be supported by people who love seeing him fighting, though as per my opinion it would be great if that's a title fight that will soon add more challenger to compete with the belt.

Yes, and if you follow Manny's social media, he is like a ambassador or something because he traveled a lot together with Jinky. He was in the fight of Inoue in Japan and a week after in the Crawford vs Spence fight wherein there was a lot of pictures of him with other great boxers like MAB and Erik Morales and others.

and as far as the money goes, it looks like the pot is $25M but not sure if it is will be split two ways or Pacquiao getting the lion share as Buakaw is also a legend in contact sports, but Manny is different as he is the A-side here. But in any case, good to see the Manny will be back in the ring again. For sure his fans are going to love this news.

Because Tapology is an MMA page and not even a boxing page so you'd be lucky to find fights that aren't from big boxing networks; i.e., DAZN, ESPN, and Showtime. There are many non-title fights for the rest of the month that are mostly available thru live streaming. Next weekend there is a title fight between the WBA minimumweight champion Oscar Collazo against Filipino contender Garen Diagan and this will be shown thru DAZN from Puerto Rico the champion's hometown.

https://box.live/upcoming-fights-schedule/

Tapology Might be an MMA page but you can surely see some boxing events that have more advanced information than the ESPN information, after hearing about the Oscar Collazo VS Garen Diagan fight I have to search for it there in Topology, and the fight will be on August 26, and a Golden Boy Promotions fight

Seriously mate, having an injury is Rolly's excuse? Cheesy We'll see if PBC sent enough money to the WBA to deny Ohara Davies a title shot. Rolly along with Teofimo Lopez are the biggest names among the beltholders at 140. The problem though is Teofimo is a proven tough champion while Rolly was just spoonfed of that WBA belt against a very old guy who should've pulled the upset if not for controversial officiating.

It seems that Oscar wanted to go to legal actions here:

Quote
The Hall of Fame former six-division titlist is prepared to take legal action to protect the rights of England’s Ohara Davies, the top-rated WBA junior welterweight contender who Golden Boy Promotions signed earlier this spring. Davies was named mandatory challenger to current titlist Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero, for which a purse bid hearing was indefinitely postponed as the sanctioning body will review medical documents provided on July 21 by Romero’s team.

https://www.boxingscene.com/de-la-hoya-demands-answers-threatens-legal-action-enforce-romero-davies-wba-mandatory-title-fight--177011

He wanted to have his bod, Ohara Davies to fight current WBA 140 lbs champion in Rolly Romero. But it seems there is a delay from the governing body to issue a mandatory fight and Oscar is eager for the WBA to give it to them. It was ordered already that a fight is to be made and maybe this is the contention of Oscar that's why he goes on legal actions to forced WBA to commit to it.

He has the right, and I believe he knows himself well enough to expect a victory in this battle. Furthermore, there's money at stake in this championship fight. Not only that, if his fighter defeats Rolly, it will open up even bigger opportunities for them to maximize their earnings. So, if I understand it correctly, there's a delay in the fight; it's not completely canceled yet. Oscar's camp simply wants to ensure that the fight will happen by setting a specific date.

For a businessman like him, waiting for nothing is just a wasted opportunity, so he wants to enforce what is due to happen.

Ok it looks like the WBA doesn't want to go to court and so they are going to force Rolly Romero till Monday to let them know if he is injured or not or fight his mandatory.

Quote
Rolando Romero has until the end of business Monday to either show proof of injury or honor his mandatory title defense obligation.

Failure by Romero to comply either with the medical request or the demand to next face Davies could result in his being stripped of the title.

https://www.boxingscene.com/rolando-romero-issued-hard-deadline-submit-proof-injury-ahead-mandatory-title-defense--177072

So it's good to finally see some movement regarding Romero vs Davies. And obviously, if Rolly is just taking time not to defend his belt against the mandatory then he should be stripped of his belt and make it vacant so the next rank fighters can duke it out.
