There's already no present factors that could lead a hindrance or cancellation of the fight and stripping of the belt because Casimero is already ready to and get sweaty with Paul Butler this 22nd, in fact he's really showing now to the people that there's no need for us to worry as he's already healthy. 1 more week to go people and we will see this match! Casimero is facing a charge of abuse and acts of lasciviousness complaints, and it is against a minor who accused him of such abusive sexual behaviour.

If the evidence is strong against him, I don't think he can defend himself from getting stripped off the title despite of the schedule.

The Alvarez-Bivol has a different case since that fight will continue despite the ongoing conflict although there's a possible sanction that will be made turning the fight from a title match to a non-title match. Even if there's pressure on Russian athletes, no delay or cancellation of the fight will be done.

We dont know on whats actually up into this mind whether he's been boggled up or not with the current issues or he had just decided to focus on the fight and set aside those lawsuits.
He should win up this one and he might able to have some rematch on the winner between Donaire and Inoue which is likely to happen or already been in lined.
Lets hope that there would be no delays this time but as long the schedule isnt there then chances for delays or postpone is here.
