like that which is unlikely for this upcoming fight to be postponed ones again unless if there would be some sort of health issues once again.

Casimero need to continue the fight whatever disturbance exist, if we look at the news seems the issue is not taking much airtime to the mainstream and I guess this will not be the cause of another delay or the reason for the fight to be postponed so there's no point for thinking that their fight between Butler will not happen. I think Casimero is already preparing for that fight and for sure we can see him in great shape again.

It would really able to continue if it would really be permitted or these issues wont really be making out some or would lead into decisions on stopping it and even Casimero does really like to fight then

You mean from MP Promotions to Probellum? Well, I hope that Probellum has nothing to do with the rumors that have been spreading now because from what I read in the past article, Probellum's main cashcow is Paul Butler even before Casimero decided to sign with the same promotions with Butler.

If we're talking about psyche war then that battle is not new to Casimero anymore because he's also used to do that but the only difference is that he ain't spreading rumor just like what Butler's team did. But I don't have any worries at all that he is distracted by those rumors nor the lawsuit that was filed against him and the fact that we aren't hearing about it anymore means that they've already settled it behind the curtains.

We will just see it for ourselves if indeed he's affected or not, but the chances is that he really ain't affected about it at all.

That will not be affected as he can always not show up and the hearing will be canceled. Remember that he is presenting the Philippines in this fight, at least the court will give him that consideration and for sure he will not leave and escape this problem.

He got his lawyers and they are the one who will take care of any legal concern for Casimero,

It should not affect his fighting capabilities, and I'm sure by now the legal team is already working on it looking for
best solution to remove this issue from Casimero.

Something these fighters have in common here in PH, they mostly have this same kind of cases, maybe for complainant

We can account him for what he is right now and he can really endure those issues that are thrown to him. His goal is to defeat Butler and he shouldn't let any distraction to allow and change his behavior and way of preparation for this match.

That's it and he knows how to handle it and even it's just thrown to him for a few months, we have never heard him talk about it while he's on training.

His case is already moving in the court. He has a lot of record for having a too cocky attitude and even I as a Filipino don’t like him as a boxer. He is good as an athlete but he always display an attitude like he owns the world in all his interview and vlogs. I lose all my admiration to him after the news abput his case because he has the capacity to really do it based on his previous action. I believe he can still focus in the fight because he was always involved in different controversy in the past yet he can still perform well inside the ring.

I guess that's what he is trying to portray, his attitude, the aura of invincibility that's why he is so cocky, trash talking which is not typical for a Filipino fighter because they are all humble.

But if he can focus on this fight despite all the allegations against him then his case is very different as he is still on the roll and could be the next big fighter coming out of the Philippines, despite his cockiness, it's either you embrace him or not.

Casimero can't just continue if it's not allowed to do so. But as you have said, the issue is silent and the mainstream media doesn't have any report about it. We can now conclude that the lawsuit filed against Casimero is nothing and the fight with Paul Butler will continue.

I'm not really worried about the lawsuit but about Casimero's health side. That's the most important thing that they need to address since failure for another weigh-in will result in Casimero's title being stripped automatically.

That's not what we wanted to see as we are sick of too many delays and postponements since the pandemic.
