So Casimero finally find the right and perfect opponent ?
Butler has a good record and with 33 fights half of them are Knock Out?
I know that casimero will have His dream fight here though does not reflect in High Opponent like Inoue but of course this will bring Him a good
No, Butler isn't that good if you only compare with the record only, you need to see his previous opponents record too https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/554173 many of his opponents are amateur and weak. When he fight with top boxers (e.g. Zolani Tete and Emmanuel Rodriguez) he lose. Casimero once fight with Zolani Tete on 2019, Casimero win the fight so the scheme will be:

Casimero >> Zolani Tete >> Butler.

Now we only need to wait for the final announcement of the date?
WBO is still persuade both of them, if they're agree and sign the contract for sure the fight will be happen.

WBO are now working and forcing the boxer to fight, it looks like they have no more options but to comply of else they’ll lose the belt.

Any idea what’s the basis for this one? Since they are both active boxer so I don’t see any reason to force them fight anyone? Or is this is part of the program to boost every boxer on this level?

I guess this whole mandatory boxing matches helps boxers from below an elite level to elevate their career,  without the mandatory fight, elite fighters keeps choosing who's going to fight next. This is like a fight arrangement when there's no qualified matches for a specific boxer yet.

Anyway, Casimero will be the obvious favourite here. The Tete fight will be the primary basis for the odds as they both fought Tete once in their career.

Why does this fighter need to fight mandatory challengers when they can fight a fighter of their own size? When it involves huge money expect something like this where they won't be any big-name boxers fighting in the ring often. Old days boxing is not like this. they will fight everyone until they will be a true champion after beating anyone else. That's why most of them are defeated when they are about to retire because they won't cease to fight anyone who challenges them right away. This rule is sick, mandatory fights requirement should be abolished.

That's the very definition of mandatory in boxing. They will have a first crack at the champion on the respective organizations. And this has been implemented and have been practiced years ago. It's not that this is the first time that we will see a WBO champion facing his mandatory. Boxing has evolved, not like in the early days, we have four major organizations (WBC, WBO, WBA and IBF). And I doubt that it will be abolished, this is one way that this organizations are making money to keep them in the business.

As per record of Butler, looks like it's a tough opponent of Casimero, and I like it because this guy has a lot of KO wins, which means he is not here to fun away like Rigo did, so I expect to see a toe to toe fight and one of them will be the winner by KO, and I hope it's Casimero as he is the favorite to win.

He has a good knock out percentage and is willing to engage but like I posted he has a weak chin as we all witnessed here in this video

Tete-Butler highlight

He is very aggressive and his aggressiveness leads him to Tete's left uppercut and he was always rocked whenever hit by Tete's straight he is not a perfect puncher and cannot be compared to Donaire or Inoue

try reading this article https://sqaf.club/how-long-does-boxer-have-to-defend-title/ it is quite informative on the reasons why boxers are ordered to have mandatory fights several times a year. at first, I was curious and suspicious why they suddenly ordered Donaire and Casimero to have their mandatory fights but this article made things clear.
The rules have to be followed in boxing, if you still remember, Manny Pacquiao's belt was stripped away from him because he did not fight for 2 years although there was a valid reason and that was the pandemic. So, these two boxers have to follow orders in order for them to have a chance to retain their belt, when a fighter holds the belt, he usually will get good fights and that means more money.

Inoue now will have a break, he will not get the pressure of fighting either Donaire or Casimero as both fighters will be busy preparing for their mandatory fight. As based on my personal ranking of the fight, I think both (Donaire & Casimero) will have an easy win against their mandatory challenger, so Inoue still has to continue training as he might be next to fight either any of these two champions.

Exactly, we might see a really good fight filled with slug fest and some heavy exchanges, hopefully this fight won't disappoint the fans. I don't think this will end in a K.O. pretty sure that both of them are cautious of that knockout potential.

It seems that WBO has ordered John Riel Casimero to fight Paul Butler, his mandatory defense:

I can kinda understand the perspective of the WBO here. Of course most Fans were hoping for a fight against Inoue instead as it would have been just a bigger fight and probably way more interesting too, because everyone wants to see if inoue can keep his perfect record with 0 losses so far even against Casimero. In the end some fight needs to happen though and Casimero has to defend his title within a reasonable time frame. So the WBO rather wants to have an mediocre fight soon than an potentially more exciting one sometime in the future.

Casimero needs to take care of Butler first if he wants to have a chance to fight Inoue.

Looks like the fight this coming December is not gonna happen, so it's a bit disappointing, but it is what it is.
It's mandatory and therefore he has to fight Butler and he should continue to train hard and give the fans an impressive win.

So the Inoue vs Casimero thread needs to be closed since this is the new trend and surely will take effect as being forced to happen?

so also it is Donaire and Inoue will be having a second fight?

Paul Butler has a weak chin
and this is a weak target for Casimero that we knew having a Strong right arm .

Paul Butler has a weak chin that's how Tete beat him and this is a good fight for Casimero, Butler loves to engage and slug it out, Casimero loves fighter who wants to engage because he can connect his power punches, Butler is a former champion and has a good winning streak let's see if he can continue that winning streak against a very strong Casimero.

It's usually the champion that is going to pay the penalties, so for sure Casimero's camp are not going to pay for it. They would rather save that money for Casimero and then beat Butler. So more hype for him and could be his biggest payday for a Inoue or even Donaire clash.

Casimero's camp should go on with the match with Butler, Butler is a worthy opponent and he will not want his title taken away because of not wanting to fight, he once lose a fight when he did not meet the weight in 2014, Casimero is the kind of fighter who will take whoever is in line, we will not see the Inoue Casimero fight anymore this year, we'll have to wait next year if this fight materializes, even the Casimero - Donaire will soon face Graballo, what a turn of event it has been.

If that's an order so the Inoue and Casimero match might be delayed and this match will be the first to happen. I get it, maybe this is the reason why Casimero has stayed there because there's something like this that has been cooking.

Yeah, I think in the long run, this will be good for both fighters. Casimero will again show his talent then if everything went smooth, after his win he can trash talk Inoue again.

And if there's money involve and one or two of them will pay the penalties then Inoue and Casimero will happen. But I don't think that any of them would be willing to pay for penalties just to pursue their match. Boxing is still a business.

This can be more exciting and let’s see if Casimero will trash talk his opponent and even the WBO for this sudden change after making talks with Inoue. Anyway, we can’t do anything about this and Casimero have to fight Butler, no final date yet but for sure the odds will be more in favor to Casimero as expected.

^ Ohh another match that was forced by the WBO, what happened to the gambling industry now? They are forcing boxers to fight with their perspective-selected opponent, from WBC and now WBO. But what organization has the power to do this, WBO, WBA, and WBC are the same function?
Nevertheless, this is a good pairing fight and I think, this fight is perfectly matched, they are both good fighters and hopefully, there is an official date on this fight.
They do have the power and rights on what are the things would be needed to be piled up thats why im not really that still sure on the time where Casimero vs Inoue is really on the hype or rumors or tell-tales that

the fight would really be happening on December on this year and now there are some arrangement of fights on where it is already mandated which it turns out that fights been presume are just really in hopes.

But well these fight match ups arent really that bad though and somewhat interesting.

So after all these discussions and hype regarding Casimero vs Inoue, there will be mandatory defense ordered by WBO?
If this will be mandatory, then Inoue's fight will come after this, if Casimero will win on this match.
And we will know what will be the arrangement here by next month.
Seems that Inoue will be waiting for them, Casimero and Donaire, from their respective fights.
We cant be sure if there would be some other mandatory fights that would really happen on Inoue too on where it is just the same on what happened against with Dasmarinas.

We dont know on whats up to their minds on arranging those fights and it turns out that they've been trying to kill the hype or interest and its a bit non sense on why they wont

really be pushing up fights if they do saw that the demand is high?
