I speculate that this very bad incident for Casimero will certainly lower his chance to get a contract to fight Naoye Inoue unless he wins all the other championships in their weight division. It will be very hard to promote and market Inoue vs. Casimero to the public after this alleged sexual misconduct. How many championships does Inoue do not presently hold?

The emotional impact of this is for real and sadly, this will affect him while he's on training but maybe his focus is way different from our speculation.
If there's no real problem at his side, that won't affect him from his current training. He is surely comfortable since he knows that the case is just an attempt to distract him. If his inner self, telling him that the case is somehow real, that's the time he will feel distracted.
Casimero already denies the allegation. If he's sure about that, then everything, from training to conditioning, should be good.
I want to agree, but this fighter are just human, so I would say maybe it will have a impact on him but he is not showing it in reality. Look at Ryan Garcia, he was supposedly fight someone, then he said that he will postponed it because he has mental issues. So there's this part that we don't see with boxers. They may hide their emotions, but at the end of. the day, they are going to think of the situation that might haunt them in their fights or future. So we can't say for certain that he is comfortable right now in the States.
We will eventually see that in the fight, it's time for Casimero to prove that he has no problem and he is focused on defending his belt. you are right, we are just human but they are professionals and they know what they are doing, besides, their promotor and trainers knows the real status, they would not allow a fighter to be in the ring with mental or physical health problem.

Everything is under investigation and there's still no warrant the article has little information on what really happened but this bad news will have a serious impact on Casimero's condition physically and mentally,
As far as the current progress of the case is concerned, there is no clear stuff at the moment.
Casimero just needs to show some proofs that will weaken the case. If he is innocent, that should be an easy task to do.
After that, he can sue the other party for ruining his life.

Casimero has been known to overcome adversities and odds he is a true journeyman, he has fought a lot of his fights and in fact, he loves to fight overseas to enemy's territory and always overcome and wins sometimes by knock out, this is no different from all the other adversities he has faced in the past, it will just motivate him more and will finish Butler early so expect a very aggresive Casimero here.
He doesn't really care in what territory he is fighting he just love boxing, and if he hates his opponent a lot he surely loves to knock him down that is for sure, I think in these many problems that he is facing when he fights on Butler would commence and could continue he will definitely want a knockout win against Paul Butler that is for sure,
Casimero doesn't need much money or financial needs to handle this case because he is not yet guilty as of now, other than that, I bet that his team would just allow that to happen especially the MP Promotions because Casimero is one of their best boxers. So, if Casimero is convicted that would mean that the MP Promotions have lost one of their cash cow.
He is literally chilling at home while there is a case against him, I really think that is savage and he really doesn't care about the issue's given to him, and at the moment he is only focused on his goals and that is on his upcoming fight with Paul Butler and to retain his WBO belt, and from what I see he is doing great in his camp, he doesn't really need money just to win the case, and they're still no update about that and the fight is near commencing so I think this fight will proceed.

In the Philippines, it will take forever, especially if the accused has enough money to fight for the case. However, this is not good for him if there's enough evidence to convince him, it's better to settle it the soonest so the problem will not get worst and will not distract his training.
I don't think that Casimero will have the financial to fight this case so that it will be prolong. He is one of those boxers who is also a rag to riches story like Manny is. However, he may have to contact powerful personality to convince the girl to drop the charges in exchange of huge amount of money and they can go on with their lives.

Yes, an investigation will be the next thing to happen and this will take long enough as they need to interview some individuals, someone that may saw the incident first and watch some CCTV footage to help the case go smoothly before issuing a warrant. I also doubt that Casimero's attorney will just make it happen fast because they need to do everything also to protect Casimero especially now that he have a fight soon. But as I said, if Casimero is truly innocent then I guess there's nothing to worry as he is not guilty.

These things are quite normal now especially if you're a famous athlete or a celebrity who have a fat pocket. In Casimero's case, he should be more cautious about these things so that he won't face this situation again.

I agree with you, this thing/incident is pretty normal to celebrities nowadays because they alleged victim only want to extort money from them.
This case is similar to Kobe Bryant's case but it did not prosper if i'm correct.
Just hoping that Casimero's training will not be affected by this case.

IMO, this was planned and staged perfectly by the alleged victim because she really knows when and the fact that Casimero is on his way for the fight. The Casimero camp has no choice but to settle this because if this goes worse then Casimero would be heavily affected as well as his career. If I am right, it is all about money because the alleged victim was in the hotel room with Casimero and then filed a blotter later on. We will see soon about this, Casimero should focus first about this fight before anything else and let his team handle the lawsuit.
Yeah, the story is like cut on a movie story or something. Although there are history of not just in boxing, but in all of sports that someone alleges that the superstar committed some sexual innuendos that resulted in a criminal case just like this one. What a complicated story and somehow impossible to happen since maybe this one is fabricated and made up just for the sake of money. For sure the hotel have CCTV set up and this can prove Casimero's innocence of accused crime if he is. But if the case is really true then your right for sure this issue will be silent since money can move everything and for sure this one will be settle.
If Casimero wins, there could be some unexpected claim again. But these issues should be gone already if he's close to his fight night. But if there's a reality to the accusation, the truth shall be told maybe after his match. We are not enablers and victim blamers but we've seen situations that really had made extortion for people like Casimero.

I don't know what happened between Casimero and that girl in the hotel. It is natural for a man to touch a girl's breasts if he likes her and wants to have sex with her. Casimero is a healthy person. He is an athlete with a powerful libido.
However, he is not a rapist. In my opinion, he is aggressive in the ring, not in dealing with girls. I think he is innocent. Although I have little information about this situation.
I hope that the situation will be resolved safely for Casimero.
