They are both in shape with speed, it's the punching power that counts between the two, whoever is the fastest to hurt will win. The news is that the fight Casimero vs Butler will be on April 23 in Liverpool, England.   It's not a good place for the Casimero but if you look at the fight he had with Lazarte that ended up with a riot in the gym, you can say he is capable of defeating anyone in their home. He defeated the legendary Argentinean in Argentina itself.

Yep, Casimero is known to fight on other venues around the world and win big. The Lazarte one is just one example, it was really a disgrace what the Argentinian has shown.

So it will be a none factor for Casimero, on the contrary, he thrives on this challenges, going to the backyard of his opponent and make him suffer in front of his fans. That's how brutal Casimero is, LOL.

Somehow it sounds very funny in the comments of that video on youtube, the crowd is not on his side and even the referee is not on his side obviously. But he come up with a clean hit to the Argentinian despite how dirty the fight is. The first time I saw it as I investigate his boxing skills because Casimero is really making lots of noise in boxing. Kinda promotes himself good to hype a fight. This man is really Cuadro de alas.

His team had to hide under the ring and they've been ducking the water bottles and lawn chairs thrown at them by the audience. An organization will really have to pay him double to return to that country to fight.

Casimero is a road warrior, he goes to different countries to beat their best fighters and he was successful on most of his attempts. Now, he is the champion, and although it will be held in different country, I think he will remain confident as that is not new to him.

There are things which is inevitable to happen just like these health conditions or accidents or something like this and they wouldnt really be giving out those lame excuse for what?

Just make it sure that Butler would really have a good training with those time span on these delays and same as Casimero too on which even the schedule wasnt known yet

but for sure there are still lots of fans who are eager on to watch for this fight.

Butler was surely doing his best on the training. But that Casimero event might spoil his preparation. Imagine, you are ready to fight now and all of officials are now in the weighing area but Casimero is no show.

The problem with Casimero here, his medical issue is not a condition that will happen instantly on a single day. There should be signs already maybe in the last few days or week that he won't able to show up at the weigh-in but they didn't address the issue early. Everything is now prepared but they didn't make a notice leaving those people in the venue hanging waiting for him to show up.

True, next time he really needs to be careful of his body specially the athlete of his caliber, to be able to stay on top of his game, his body and mind should be in sync. If one is not then there is a problem just like what happen to him when he gets a sort of infection from a virus in his stomach.

So this is really a big lessons for him and now he should make sure that this won't happen and that he will keep his body healthy all the times.

As a fighter it is their responsibility to take good care of their body and health especially if they have an scheduled fight. Though the management should take this kind of reason as valid because health issues is really a big issue but then if this kind of excuse would be tolerated it would be probably overused. Still, a good chance for Casimero to defend his belt for the second chance that the WBO have had given to him, I do hope also that this time he could make at the weigh in and make this fight do happen because it has been postponed for a quite long time.

He can't afford to make a mistake for the 2nd time. Though he will just be defending this title, it's still an opportunity for him to show to the world that he is really good and he deserves a unification fight, that would not happen if he cannot beat Butler or if he will not take care of his body.

It's every boxer's duty to take care of their bodies and continue training to be ready in a fight, however, there are things that could happen which is beyond our control, sometimes a boxer feels sick despite conditioning his body well, so it's acceptable if he had a valid excuse.

The date was not announce yet but for sure they'll ensure that Casimero (the defending champion) is 100% healthy before they'll roll out the new schedule.

So hopefully they've learned from this big mistakes.
They will and I believe it will not happen anymore, they know what the stake on this fight, if Casimero will not show again, his belt will be gone and his future will be compromise, so they'll make sure the fight will not be canceled and they'll pass the weight requirement.

It's also the responsibility of the boxer to check himself before the match. And upon seeing that Casimero himself can't do the match, he did the right thing of informing it.
Those boxers that have fought and just followed the known quote of "the show must go on", they're careless and they've chosen their fate. Pride is no longer that needed if the health of the boxer is at stake.
Agree with you, your health is very important in every fight and a boxer has to insure that he is 100% healthy so he can give everything he can in order to win. It's not wise to continue just for the money or the price as losing one game is alright than losing a boxer's career.
That's what it is. Boxers should be in 100% condition as they fight and that's why Casimero has been taken care of medically and that's totally fine with the association so it has to postpone the match.

Yeah, his belt is at stake and I think there will be no more round 2 of this postponement, or else they're going to strip off his belt right away if he doesn't get better with the newer schedule they set.

Casimero was given a chance to still keep his belt, the next time he will lose that if he had the same excuse. This is business, therefore its not good for the boxing organization to just tolerate excuses even if it's legal as it might be abuse. Casimero is still in the Philippines, but the money the fight date will be announce, I think he will start his training and keeping it sure that he will be available in the scheduled fight.

Yes, that's for real and that's why making sure that he's at the fittest of his medical condition should be verified before the fight. So, there will be no more excuses as if he's not fit when he fought or he's feeling not well during that match. Well, the committee won't really allow it to happen as it puts the boxer in harm and threat and it's going to be their liable if they allow that to happen.

They are really strict when it comes to the boxer's health before the fight because if they blindly let them fight with any one of them having some sort of fever or any medical condition that would make them prone to any fatal injury, they would be the one who suffers because there are already boxers who fought even though he's not in a condition to do so which lead to his demise and the referee also cannot take the blame himself and decided to kill himself by suicide. This is the thing they don't want to experience again that's why they are extra careful when it comes to their boxer's conditions.

I think it was a different case for Casimero, he was not really feeling well during the weigh-in date and has to go to a doctor for a check-up. Those you mentioned might have problems with the weight though, but then they don't have a choice but to go to the weigh-in and then either stripped of the belt, because of weight issues, or there could be penalty clause in they don't make the weight like -10% on their purse. But they have to go and show and fight.

True, but we don't know how Casimero got the virus (if I'm not mistaken), so he really needs what he takes into his system or at least some on his team should ensure that everything won't affect his body otherwise it will have a dent on him just like what happen as he had to go and check with a doctor and then the fight getting postponed. So hopefully they've learned from this big mistakes.

Every time a champion fight there's always pressure, but knowing Casimero, he is very confident and he will surely beat his challenger. As a fan, we love to see a good fight but I think the quality of his opponent cannot outclass him as a fighter, so it will be Casimero that who will win.

A good fight that we always wanted, unlike his last one, which is more on defense and we don't see any action at all.

Not sure if Butler has that mentality to go blow by blow, it's his opportunity to showcase his talent and skills against the reining champ.

If he wanted to make a big noise for his name, better to give all his best during this fight and make a good clash, win or lose, he will earn

respect from all the viewers that will watch and bet on this fight.
We as fans do only want to have a good action-packed kind of fight on which this doesn't involved too much of running, clinching and defensive kind of stance most of the time.Of course these things

is very crucial as a boxer but we do really love to see on a fight which is really having that belt to belt kind of clashes on which the last one who would stand wins.

I don't know on whats the style of Butler but hopefully this one isn't similar to Rigo.

You can watch some of his fight highlights in youtube and you will see that he is not like Rigo who loves to run. He is an aggressive boxer, so he really fits on the style of Casimero since the champion is a good counter puncher and would love to give anyone a toe to toe fight.
