There's already the proof that it was not a spoof or a rumor. They've provided everything the committee needs to have to prove that he's really sick during that time and unable to fight. If he's not able to make the weight that's required for him then for sure the news will blow and that would be some problem for him but it's not, it's a different case for him and there's a valid reason why he's not able to catch up on the fight night because of his medical status.

Casimero just has to make sure that there will be no health reason the next time they do the weight class.

Chances of stripping a belt are now possible if he will have another medical condition.

There's no reason to be a titleholder if a boxer already in a worst medical condition always and can't able to fight.

For sure Casimero's camp is well aware that they can't be any slip up on their part otherwise their boy are going to be stripped of the belt. So they have to double check that everything is 100% with Casimero now before allowing him to fight Paul Butler.

So everything is hanging on the balance now, because if ever Casimero lost this fight then it will be over for him. The big fights are not going to happen against Inoue or Donaire in the future. So there is pressure on Casimero in this fight and hopefully he wins this one again.

Every time a champion fight there's always pressure, but knowing Casimero, he is very confident and he will surely beat his challenger. As a fan, we love to see a good fight but I think the quality of his opponent cannot outclass him as a fighter, so it will be Casimero that who will win.

Yes, that's for real and that's why making sure that he's at the fittest of his medical condition should be verified before the fight. So, there will be no more excuses as if he's not fit when he fought or he's feeling not well during that match. Well, the committee won't really allow it to happen as it puts the boxer in harm and threat and it's going to be their liable if they allow that to happen.

They are really strict when it comes to the boxer's health before the fight because if they blindly let them fight with any one of them having some sort of fever or any medical condition that would make them prone to any fatal injury, they would be the one who suffers because there are already boxers who fought even though he's not in a condition to do so which lead to his demise and the referee also cannot take the blame himself and decided to kill himself by suicide. This is the thing they don't want to experience again that's why they are extra careful when it comes to their boxer's conditions.
It is every organizations obligation to make sure the health of each athlete because there is no one to be blame if something happens but them .

so assuring the best of the health is what they are doing for the better outcome of each fight.
and besides what will happen if something bad happens?
it is the interest of the whole organization that will suffer. so Yes let them do their Job and let the fight have a great outcome .

If he gets a lot of followers, then that's another income for him. Most of the celebrities now have youtube channels already, and I think Casimero already considered himself a celebrity in boxing because he is a champion and he wants to be an undisputed champion in his division if given a chance to fight with his fellow champions.
He knows that, an extra income plus extra exposures to him. He understands the value of streaming in his career, not to the point of comparing but like what you have said celebrities have their own video streaming channels not limited to YouTube but all those available platforms, if he can use this platforms to call or to attract more fans, it will be easier to him to gain the attention of Inoue and his camp.

he can bring more trash talks and force Inoue's fans to bring the attention to him,.

We know how smart Casimero in terms of attracting everyone's attentions.. Roll Eyes Tongue

Not only smart in marketing his fight but also very smart in the ring, that's maybe the reason why Inoue still has not accepted the challenge because of the chances that it could ruin his undefeated record. This year should be the year for a big success of Casimero, just one fight with Inoue and we will see the biggest fight in bantamweight division.

I will wait first for this Casimero vs Butler to happen. Because if unluckily, he will be defeated by Butler, Inoue's fight may not happen for now. So he needs to train hard and not give so much talks. Remember, the last fight was cancelled not because of his sickness but there were rumors that it was because he didn't make the cut for the weight. Maybe, just a coincidence that he was at the same time sick. So hopefully, he will be disciplined with his body and not create anymore delays.

Can't imagine if Casimero, the WBO champion will be defeated by the challenger, Paul Butler. It's something that the majority is not expecting. There will be a big criticism that Casimer will receive if he will unable to defeat his last remaining challenger before taking some unification fight with Inoue or Donaire.

I don't know what will happen to Casimero's career if he can't make this one.

He needs to stay focus and live with his trashtalk.

Since Casimero's camp was able to show a medical result, we can now close that rumor. But the thing is, he shouldn't get being infected with gastroenteritis if he is responsible for caring for his body. As far as medical-related stuff is concerned, a person won't be infected with that if being serious about health.

Moving forward, let's just wait and see if Casimero will be on his 100% on that fight. As I posted previously, I don't like the idea that he is too confident in the fight wherein training-wise and hard is not necessary against Butler.

I just don't know what's in the mind of Casimero as he is now focusing on his youtube vlog instead of his career. I hope that this is just for fun to him to be able to enjoy while there's no word yet from Probellum.

Casimero, i think needs to have a PR manager to represent him and screen out the words that needs to be released to the press, not raw where there are some misunderstandings that causes chaos and could damage his boxing career.
Is he focused in vlogging right now? Maybe he can manage his time well and he's got schedules to follow. There's no actual schedule yet for his match, right?
And as well as he's still in recovery that's why he's just doing what he can do. On his case, since vlogging doesn't really require physical contact, he's good to do it at any time that he wishes.

He can do some youtube videos like that will not distract his training or recovery, he has been doing that before so I think there's no problem with that. I think it's one way of reaching his fans to gain more support, so it's helpful to his career as a boxer. Though he is a trash-talking champion he still has plenty of followers and being a vlogger, he was able to give an update about himself.
Yeah, he's been with it for a long time and that's no problem to him. It's not even going to distract him as he can do those videos within a few minutes or hours and get back on track for his trainings.
I don't really see it as a problem to him unlike the others that think it's vital for him and shouldn't enjoy things like making YouTube videos.

There's no problem in making a youtube vlog as long as he is doing it in his free time and don't forget that he is a boxer that needs to train.

Yeah, he is enjoying vlogging and at the same time earn some money doing it.

My point on bringing this vlogging thing is that he seems to be occupied and stays in the Philippines until now, he is supposed to be in the US training while waiting for the Probellum announcement for his fight with Butler.

Butler is not so much of a threat to him because we all know the capability of Casimero. The real opponent for him this time is his self. The time when he split with Memo Heredia, he seems to hardly make the weight and that Dubai incident was a result of the absent of a professional nutritionist, IMO.

I guess the promoter will not make the fight happen right away, once they'll announce, they will give the boxers an ample time to train, so it's not a big deal because there's no announcement as to when the fight will happen yet, he can train in the Philippines and once announcement is made then he can just fly to the US.

I guess this is his channel.
Quadro Alas it’s my boy

He has like 331k followers as of now, that's a good number of followers already and as he keeps vlogging, the number will only increase and that will benefit him in the long run. Having a channel is good for a public figure like Casimero, he can make an announcement anytime regarding his career and we will be updated with that. Look, he might be ill last time but that would not last forever, he will be back soon and will be successful in defending his title.

They even have a replacement in Joseph Agbeko which Butler did not approved though.

I understand the decision, Butler won't be wasting his time and effort to fight a fighter that does not hold the belt, Casimero is his target as he wants to be a champion, so a replacement is bad for him as he also cannot guarantee himself that he can beat Agbeko. As both are patient for this fight to happen, we just have to be patiently waiting as well.

Perhaps it was a way to salvage the fight though, I mean Butler has been training for months in preparation for the Casimero fight and when John Riel is not available, they scramble to find a replacement in Agbeko. But it was a good decision on the side of Butler not to take him, now the fight is still on and he has a chance to pull an upset against Casimero, but the chance is slim though.

No worthy milestone if Butler will choose a different boxer as a replacement for Casimero.

Casimero is a champion here and the opportunity for Butler to get his title will take longer if he will fight another boxer. As usual, the span of a boxer to do his next fight is around 3 to 4 months.

It's a good decision not to go against a replacement boxer but wait for Casimero to fully be ready.

You are right. Just make a blog without downing his opponent. Even he has the freedom to do anything on his own blog, he holds a WBO Title and he should act professionally all the time. Let the opponent do the trash talks instead.

Butler is so humble and not that arrogant to claim he can beat Casimero. Maybe it's just a dream now to see Casimero will be humble haha.

I laughed at this lol.

What do you mean by focus? Always have an updated blog? Can't believe it as by now, he should just be taking a rest. There's no news yet stating Casimero is now 100% recovered. Or maybe he doesn't want to undergo a pure focus on training since he doesn't consider Butler a serious threat.

Quadro Alas should think of creating a better picture.
