I don't think he is messing though, I mean that's what he has been saying for many years, 2 rounds and he will knockout Davis. Perhaps this was due to Ryan knocking out opponents in round 1 back to back. I remember Duno, who also says that he will knock out Ryan, but he was done in round 1 and that makes Ryan very confident in knocking down his opponent early. He was crack by Luke Campbell, but he has great recuperating power from a punch, because after that big test, he was able to knockout Campbell with that huge body punch in the ribs.

He probably wants the public to hype Tank more if Tank could KO his opponent in round 1, and at the same time he will get more appreciation if he could also knock out Tank Davis in 3 rounds, hehe. it's possible with Garcia's power but this is Tank Davis, a great fighter who is a KO artist.

Trash talk or anything like that would add fire to the potential fight, but it will be more fun to watch then on the ring giving their best.

Just some couple of words to pressure Tank in defeating Hector early because if their fight will finish much longer, the hype will belong to Ryan Garcia and that's what he wanted because Ryan Garcia is like a self centered kid in my perspective who wanted to gather attention. But if Tank manages to finish the fight much earlier, it will still benefit Ryan Garcia because he's still be included in the upcoming scenario where people is expecting a good fight as both of them is a knockout artist.

Ryan Garcia can talk some trash out of Davis but the latter won't be affected, he's just too accustomed in those kind of things. But Ryan Garcia, I don't know, the kid has yet faced embarrassments.

And that's the true advantage right there because even though Garcia have the size advantage, Davis here is already accustomed fighting with that scenario and surely he prepared for it because he knows that there will be some times that he'll get to fight with other boxers that are much taller than him and he doesn't want that his size will be the one who will give him the disadvantage despite the KO power he had.

The reach difference isn't small, and I think that is what Ryan Garcia is working out.  Making use of all his advantages.  If executed properly, I think Gervonta Davis may have difficulty moving around and closing into Ryan Garcia.

Ryan Garcia should be careful and I expect the best from him because he had to cancel his fight with Mercito Gesta just train and prepare straightly for his fight with Tank Davis. And yes, I also think that this bout won't be needing a full 12 rounds.

This skipped fight with Ryan Garcia may take a toll on him.  The fight against Gesta is a good way to test his training, there is a possibility of signs of ring rust too because of too much idleness before Ryan's fight against Gervonta.  I think Ryan is getting too confident that can possibly work against him.

I agree, if Ryan will take that advantage of is, being long and used his jab even further in this fight, stiff and strong jab that will let Davis very uncomfortable and can't execute his game play then Ryan might have a chance to win.

And then probably Davis will adjust too maybe in the middle of the fight, maybe put more pressure on Ryan and push him to make that one mistake and then he deliver his knock out, just like what he did against Romero. Very cautious but then when Rolly goes after him, Davis saw that opportunity. So there could be rounds of adjustment for both fighter, and it could be a chess match in the beginning.

However if Tank begins to pressure Ryan, it might also give Ryan some opportunities for a step back before left hook. How is Tank Davis' jaw because it might be also be his test. There are already many people who speculate that Ryan has a glass jaw, but how is Tank's jaw?

According to this article Ryan wants Tank to knock out Hector Garcia out cold hehe. Is Ryan pressuring Tank?

Probably, Ryan Garcia was just messing Tank Davis in his head to finish the fight much earlier than anybody is expecting it to be. This young blood should just focus in his preparation for their upcoming fight because I bet he will be having some mental issues again if he will get embarrassed in this fight, too playing won't help him in his goal because Tank Davis is a critical thinker, he can't fathom it because Ryan Garcia is yet to come in that state.
Talking about their jaw, Ryan was already revealed that his jaw can be crack easily, while Davis's jaw is still unknown but I reckon is much sturdier than the Ryan.

And each one says things to himself in his own way:

Hector Garcia says he’ll beat Tank Davis by being “smarter fighter”

That has not to be told, it's already given, I mean you need to be smart in order to win the fight. This isn't his first fight, I'm pretty sure he is using his intelligence everytime he stepped up in the ring. The question here, what if Tank Davis is still smarter than him, then how can he beat Davis?

And if Hector beats Davis then Hector is smarter.  Cheesy
Both of them are just a punch away from losing but the probability of Hector losing the game is much higher since we already know their boxing skills.
Also this is just a preparation for Davis fight against Ryan, consider this training for Davis and Hector is there to act as an inflated bag for punching.

Or maybe he is just focusing on boxing to conquer his depression and other mental problems that will lead him in an unwanted situation, either way, I'm glad that he is looking sharp and back in business to face the heavy names. This maybe his first time but I know that he can do this properly because every champion was once a challenger too, so there's really a first time for everything. I just hope that there would be no problems along the way.
He started his journey too early, he received too much attention at a young age, in addition, there is a lot of tension before the fights, so not everyone is able to endure such psychological stress. But it is clear that he coped well with this, that what does not kill us makes us stronger. Whether he is ready for the battle with the Tank is a very difficult question. When I watch an interview with Garsis, I see that he believes that he is ready, and this is very important, but I see that Tank is a more experienced opponent and he is stronger at the moment.

As long as he is ready, expect a 100% performance of Garcia. He cannot make an excuse that he is dealing with a mental problem if he losses his fight, this is big for him, so as an undefeated fighter, he will certainly make sure to continue that way. Tank is definitely a tough opponent, but about the experience, I think it's not a big deal.

24 yrs old vs 28 yrs old, both are young boxers and champions, this is very unpredictable.

Well, regarding these two high-level boxers, for me it is much more influential to go in favor of García, Tank is a great boxer and some people say that Tank is far ahead of García, for me it is a fight that will be very exciting It is one of the fights that I think could make a difference, I don't know, but I think that now, since many have speculated that García is not quite at Tank's level, they say that he has to face another average before him.

From the videos I've seen, Tank has great fighting power, but I think Garcia can give him a good fight, Tank may have the favoritism, but Garcia has a great level.

Well, each boxer has his weak point, but here, honestly, it would seem to me a very last resort move to go for his weak point, because they are saying it for a reason, easy if they win by attacking the weak point, the losing boxer can claim that he he won by attacking his vulnerability and that he focused there, in the case of any boxer I would not attack him there just to avoid that, partly they are details that are sometimes not so relevant, but for a fight like this, where there have been so many discussions and things are said between them, I don't see it as appropriate, apparently both boxers have the same weak point.

And each one says things to himself in his own way:

Hector Garcia says he’ll beat Tank Davis by being “smarter fighter”

Quote
Hector states that he wasn’t worried last week when he heard the news about Gervonta being arrested. Since it was something he had no control over, Garcia didn’t feel any concern about the fight possibly being canceled. He felt that even if the contest was called off, he would have found another opponent to fight

“I feel really good, and positive in the mindset and ready to give the fans what they want on Saturday night,” said Hector Luis Garcia to Fight Hub TV about how he feels physically ahead of his contest against Gervonta ‘Tank Davis.

“I’m going to be the smarter fighter, and I’m going to go out with my hand raised through the biggest door possible,” said Hector when asked why he thinks he’s going to beat Tank Davis on Saturday night.

Hopefully this time Ryan Garica already know how to utilize fully his reach and size advantage against Tank Davis, the latter will surely have a hard time reaching if Garcia will do that but yes, just like what you guys said, Davis will learn in the middle of the fight and probably already found a loophole how to get near with Ryan Garcia to execute his deadly punches. This will be a battle brains because they are both deadly, Ryan Garcia should also learn not to chase when Davis is backing up because even stepping backward, Davis is known to get his opponents KOd in that situation.

Winding down.
The size advantage of Ryan Garcia is a huge advantage, in terms of quickness,  he is also quick so that will offset with the quickness of Davis. It would only boils down to who would hit a clean punch first and let's see if that will result to a KO , because if not, that means they will be able to absorb their opponents power and this fight will go an exciting 12 rounds.

That is true, however, despite of Garcia's size advantage, it will still be hard challenge on his side to get a clean punch towards Davis considering that the latter had a vast IQ and knowledge inside the ring that the young Garcia doesn't have. But yes, I do agree that in the end, this fight will go down in the favor of whoever boxer that can manage to get a clean punch that will definitely give a KO.

And Davis is used to fighting taller opponents too, so he will feel comfortable fighting Garcia whether inside or out. And I would say that Garcia doesn't have that good lateral movement, and so when he chase Davis here, which will be case because he wants to be the aggressor, Davis might used his generalship, his boxing IQ to get away from Garcia's power.

But still though, there are so many scenarios in this fight, that the best way we can think is that this will not last 12 round and someone will taste the canvass and will win by a knock out.

That would bring an easy win for him if he will do that, however, it would not make the fans happy as that will result to a boring fight. A toe to toe fight is what the fans would want to see, they pay for their tickets and PPV streaming to witness an entertaining fight, and running is not entertaining to watch, just like Mayweather.

Davis will never do that, you can see his record, he has a high KO rate which is 25 of 27 fights. That simply means that he does not play the style of running and scoring in the ring, just forget about that possibility as I'm pretty sure Davis would be willing to give a war against Garcia who promise to KO him.

That's what I like about this fight, because Davis is a boxer who doesn't say that to just anyone, I imagine that García has a certain itch for having to put up with that kind of thing, in my case I understand that any boxer who promotes It's something like that because he really is very safe and Garcia is not just any boxer, he must be quite angry because Davis has said something like that and in front of many, what I can conclude is that this fight will have a different tone, to say that You will win by knockout is an early humiliation, and in Garcia's case I would have to train in a way that would not let me get knocked out, firstly to show that I am not easy and secondly that nobody has anything guaranteed and you don't have to be so mouthy.

Rival claims Gervonta Davis got knocked out in sparring

Quote
“This fighter [Rakhmanov] knocked you out in a sparring, baby fat a**,” said Redkach without naming when the suggested KO happened.

Davis did not address the unsubstantiated allegations. At the time, he had his own problems as police arrested him for accusations of domestic battery.

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
exactly mate what I think in this fight is that, there's a knockout by one of these great boxers and I think it also from 10 rounds below for sure there will be a knockout cause we all know how they fight and both boxer are very good in offense but for me tank Davis will knock out Garcia I think cause he is the veteran in this fight, is unstoppable once he hit an hard punch his goal is to knock down and in think he can.

I would love to see a knockout happening in this fight, both are very capable as they have a ver high KO rate, the only question now is who will be knocked out... Of course, we have our favorite fighter that we are rooting for, in my case, I'm rooting for the underdog in this fight.

Garcia by KO, if the odds are attractive, then I might risk my money on this bet.

Yup, If Ryan will take Tank down, he will climb to the next level of his career, but I doubt Tank will give him that easy access, Tank will do
everything not to give the young fella that chance.

But we know that inside this sport, upset is always possible. We will expect an entertaining exchange of punches from these two gentlemen,

I'm assuming to see a good KO finished whoever wins. Both deserve to earn the praise for each fan who will support this fight.

This fight if pushed through, will not go the full twelve rounds as either boxer will fall facing the canvass hehe.

Both have knockout power, Davis has the advantage experience-wise but Garcia also got the size advantage which will offset that experience of Davis if used properly.

Ryan Garcia is waiting in the wings for this fight and as a fight fan, i do hope that Davis will overcomes all the hurdle he has right now both inside and outside the ring for this fight to come to realization.

I'm already looking forward to see this fight somewhere in the 1st or 2nd quarter next year, and yes, I'm also thinking that they won't be needing the whole 12 rounds to settle their rivalry. Both boxers are a power puncher, so considering that, I'd give an 8 rounds for this fight to finish because both of them is just looking for that perfect phase to loose their knockout punch that will turn the tables on their favor.

Also, I hope Davis will be able to get out much earlier so that there will be no reasons that will arise once he will get defeated. We need him to prepare fully for this fight and to really see who's who between the two of them.

And there seems to be a new development regarding Davis allege domestic abuse,

So the mother of his daughter has recant his domestic violence charge against Davis and with this, I think the fight with Hector Garcia will push through after all.

Probably just a misunderstanding here and earlier, Davis said that he will vindicate his name and that's what happen here.

Quote
"These past few days have been hurtful and extremely exhausting for all parties involved,” Posso posted in an Instagram story on Friday afternoon. “I pride myself on being extremely private; this situation was the last thing I wanted to be made public. The state of our relationship has been in a fragile space and Gervonta and I were both at fault for the argument. While the emotions were running high I made an unnecessary call to law enforcement in an intense moment while I was frantic.

“Gervonta did not harm me or our daughter.”
