for the time being, Bitcoin remains a very difficult peak for Ethereum to replace Bitcoin because its value is still quite far away. But in the world of crypto nothing is impossible, so we await the development of Ethereum in the future, whether ETH can replace the BTC in the future or not

Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?
I prefer both of the coins , as of now some other say that it's a year of alt coins but we really don't know as of now these both coins are increasing , maybe bitcoin still the number one in 2018.
ETH is growing in utility but at the same time it will also grow in value. Bitcoin is the same way because it is largely still the main gateway. There are more BTC/ALT-Coin markets than any other market. But that is changing.
Personally, I like them both but for obvious reason I buy more ETH than BTC (ETH is just cheaper).
I'm not so sure bitcoin will soar to epic highs as many claim. I think it's more likely that we see more volatile swings but as time goes on and legitimacy of crypto grows we will see less attention on bitcoin and a fairer distribution of market share towards other coins.
For now, bitcoin maintains the tight grip on all the markets.

I think bitcoin first. BUT think of it ! if you are observing CMC soin market cap you will definitely see the graphs and pattern all cryptocurrency have the same almost the same behavior in the graph. and it is based on how bitcoin will move. SO I should probably say that they will same rule the 2018.

bitcoin because ethereum is now decreasing and bitcoin is now again rising in price but this is in my opinion because bitcoin is much interested
Bitcoin will be the mainstay of the cryptocurrency. And the ethereum is his right hand. These two cryptocurrencies should have a good growth in 2018, after all, many implementations of both bitcoin and etherium
As I think 2018 is the year of ETH. The reason for it is aggressive growth of the coin. The platform of ETH is interested practically in all the spheres of our everyday life: healthcare, finance and so on.
I agree. Its been 9 years since bitcoin was created and therefore, it is a long time for people to understand what blockchain is and how good cryptocurrencies are. THey will choose a good coin for themselves which I believe that is ethereum
Both are good. But I personally bet on Bitcoin in 2018. Hope to see new record highs this year.
Ethereum can be superceeded - projects like EOS, NEO etc can do the same + more + better than ETH, so I think in the medium - long term it's future has some risk
Bitcoin I don't think can be replaced. It's brand name recognition and reputation mean that an alt coin will never replace it, IMO
IF bitcoin price drops massively, I think most people agree ETH will tank even more. So I would stay stick mostly to bitcoin my friend

BTC and ETH these two crypto currency has become really popular lately. At some point I believe ETH wil gain same value as BTC as peoples investing more in ETH everyday so I optimistic 2018 will be a great year for ETH.

First of all, Bitcoin, this is a trend and it will always be ahead of everyone. The capitalization of Bitcoin is maximal, the Etherium is in 2nd place.
It seems to me that both coins can bring you an excellent profit in 2018. Both coins are at the bottom and I'm sure that the market has already turned. This means that soon coins will begin to make a profit.

Both coins have got huge potentials which will make them go a very long way. I will say if you have the financial buoyancy, I think both worth investing in the them.

Ethereum is substantially the big protagonist of this year, i wouldn't be surprised if it will overcome bitcoin market cap until the end of 2018. It's used for 98% of ICOs nowaday. NEO is still a good competitor. Hope in the next future more platform will be ready and delivering.
both of them will have bright future.but i like eth much more ,because eth is used more and more in new project ,and blockchain fast than bitcoin.
