My first preference always will go to bitcoin, If I've got to decide on from bitcoin and ethereum because Bitcoin is the unbeaten leader of this market till now and it has the more than 50% cap of the whole cryptocurrency market. However, ethereum is the leader of all altcoins but this will be my second choice.
It is said that ETH is near the end of the process of buying cheap. I think that you should buy ETH rather than Bitcoin because it will cost you more when investing in Bitcoin. It is expected ETH will increase the price $ 1,000 in December.
The year has not yet ended, but it seems to me that it can already be concluded that 2018 was very difficult for the crypto currency.
I think Both should be.With BTC bull run ETH also will gain its real value again.But the rumors are saying That ETH is going to be die soon & it can be dropped as near as ICO price again.Who knows ,lets wish Both will be back on track again.
I do not think that we still have such an opportunity to judge correctly what happened this year with these giants, I only know what today is probably called sadness and frustration, because my deposit has dropped 10 times.

They are both good coins. Only I would not compare Bitcoin with another coin. Bitcoin is a standalone coin that develops on its own.
During this year, BTC will in any case remain a confident leader in the modern crypto market. Although Ethereum is also becoming a profitable solution for promising investments, it can demonstrate a rapid appreciation from next year. Therefore, I am now distributing my investments for the purchase of BTC and Ethereum.

Well, in this year of course all the falls , and I doubt these 2 coins will be able to recover , I think after 2018 will start some growth
It is a little bit of a strange concept. There are two different technologies at all. Bitcoin is used as a means of payment. Ethereum is a platform for ICO projects. They don’t compete with each other, do they?

ETH has performed very bad in this year while BTC has been my favourite coin as always because it has not fallen too much to the amount I expected it to reach which gives me the hope that we have a strong community and supporters for this coin. I don't know if I should relate the fall of eth to the comments made by Vitalik of late.
Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?
Presently, i am not thinking of the coin that will rule between these two. Although, i am a holder of these two coins (bitcoin an ethereum), but i would prefer to fiocus more on other altcoins that will bring me substantial and reasonable profit. Had it been i have enough money on me to get more of bitcoin and ethereum, they might have been my main choices. Nonetheless, i believe bitcoin has every tendency to continue to rule until it reaches its threshold.
Bitcoin will be at first place in 2018 year, because Ethereum has problems with POS, big amount of tokens in ICO projects, Buterin thinks to leave team.
I am not saying that Bitcoin is somehow worse, it is more popular and powerful than ETH, but ETH has my heart among altcoins and it could be a worthy rival to BTC, so it's a great time to jump in.
This two coins was at stable in their prices as of now but i think the most profitable by the end of 2018 was the bitcoin just like what happen in the previous year of 2017 the price of bitcoin will go up sharply and i'm the one can benefit of that.
Both coins can make a huge profit. But it seems to me that Ethereum is much more likely to bring a lot of multiplications. But I don’t like his issue. There are too many coins on the market and too many coins are in the hands of low-quality projects and scammers.
i prefer more etherium even for now the price of etherium is not as good as it could be but i see big potential on it so this is the reason.
Ethereum isn't really bad but bitcoin will still top in 2018 because its the king of cryptocurrency. Also, more people are investing in bitcoin so there's no way bitcoin will die.
bitcoin for sure because etherium s price is really bad and i don t think that it will ever be recovered never and bitcoin will remain the king for me at least.
