The price increase of bitcoin is really scary, it has gone over the expectations. I was expecting a plus $7k price by the end of the year. I am both excited and worried at the same time about the price of bitcoin. It has make me nervous to decide to what to do. The price increase seems insane to me, I want to withdraw my holdings but at the same time I am looking to the value of my holdings that increased by almost more than a thousand dollar. This situation has now tied me to wait and watch for the next couple of weeks.

There is no doubt that we can continue with this rapid price hike in November. Remember we still have the 2x this November, so I think it will contribute significantly. However, once must also remember that there will be always few bumps along the way so its never assured that we will always go on a parabolic line. There might be minor dip along the way, but don't doubt bitcoin because its very resilient and the highest of the price going to $7000 is very likely. Just have patience and continued faith in the system.

No doubt about that, it is not something that would not come without some little corrections though but how far it is going to go from here is what no one knows and it is pretty bad for those who could have been waiting for dips to come and could not get when the price was still fairly Okay at $5500 to $5800 cause it is a value we might or might not see again.

Can there ever be proof ? We can all just speculate, judge with the chats and then hope for the best, that is how it is. The only way we have been able to keep predicting thus far is due to the previous trends that bitcoin has always shown.

We all do not know how pre and post hard fork would fair just yet, but as time goes on, we will keep seeing the outcome from the market. Things seem pretty good for bitcoin core at the moment and I really do not see some B2X jeopardizing those good moments.

The target for BTC for this year is 10k by the end of the year. It's amazing to think after the price was around the 1000-2000 USD range at the beginning of the year. However this makes sense as a lot of dumb money is now coming in right when the amount of bitcoins in circulation are starting to become more and more scarce thus this is driving the price up like crazy.

Really? How did you say so? This will be great if so. But the total suffer will be in other alt coins totally, as the btc price increasing so much. But I hope the price will gonna grow more.

Bitcoin to $8000 by the end of the year. I think it will reach $7000 within a couple of weeks. At this rate, it could easily get to $10,000 sometime next year.

Although a correction will probably happen next year as well. People will tend to cash out some profits or we’ll see a situation where a whale manipulates the price by pumping and dumping.

Bitcoin price has already passed the mental barrier of $7000 and we are currently trading above it. They say its reaches $7500 but I haven't seen it personally. Its been like $7100-$7200 today. So its either investors has already cashing it out because its weekend or still hodling. But I think its the latter, because a totally of $4-5B has already wipe out in the market cap in 24 hours. But its too early to call though because Segwit2x is still around mid November. But at the back of my mind that $8000 is within reach maybe by the end of the year. Let's see how everything pans out.

I'm sure, next week is the beginning of the price to decrease, so that by the end of the year bitcoin can touch the new ATH, maybe about $ 7.5k or more. if you're ready to buy altcoin, this is the right time.

If whales are really part of this rising trend, I don't think that $10,000 per coin will be enough for them to stop and release their coins, Whales are hodling hundreds of thousands of coins and once they released those coins for their payday a sudden drop on the price will happen and a price below $10,000 is not a good price for this gamble since price may drop to less than $1,000 and they might not do it again after that.

Well i think they're pushing for btc to hit 10k before the year ends. And with how fast things are moving right now, there's little doubt that it will and possibly even earlier. Targets are now easily hit and we're seeing all time highs almost every day. 2017 really has been a breakout year for bitcoin

9,000 dollars means that you're approaching $ 10,000. In 2018, it can reach $ 15,000. This disproportionate price increase is the biggest obstacle to using Bitcoin as a means of payment.

Exactly what i was thinking, got out because of the end of October China closures, no news here, and got into Alt's, they kept dropping, but it's just a wait for them to rise, perhaps when BTC stays at a level and all calms down.

With the $6400 we have reached as October ends, $8000 is pretty much reachable in my speculations. Sure, we can expect anything after the fork, we can't say yet and there could be some news that could cause much more spikes but all the same bitcoin will always astonish us at the end.

Yes, the coming hard fork is quite controversial but I have the feelings that B2X will not have any way into the system since a lot of support have dropped for it. We cannot let some company and miners to start making decisions for us and that is more like going the centralized way and no one wants that.

Bitcoin is achieve its milestones and it has proved one thing that it is unstoppable and those who will create hurdle in its ways will be vanished and in past those who want to harm this coin and they were spreading rumors about this coin are now the investor and they are now praising this coin and in my point of view btc Is aiming big and at the end of 2k17 its prices will go above 10k land mark and maybe 12k.

It has been a good journey starting November 1st to until now. A massive growth in last 4 days. Almost $700 plus have increased. Hope this will still continues increasing to $9k. We may have to watch this increase happen end of November. The hard fork is yet to begin. Lets monitor what happens.

No one can predict what happens to bitcoin next and we might expect a boom and then only to see a little bit of correction again.
Bitcoin is full of surprises and sometimes we just need to keep watching to see how events unfold.
However, looking at the situation of things, I do not expect bitcoin not getting some pretty big push this year more than it is now.

Like many people here, I am also confident about $10k levels as December month target. I believe bitcoin is all set and in right path toward that target. You may thank me later Tongue
