As of now, the market is surprisingly low , if you are an opportunity grabber, you would take this time to buy coins at a low price. ETH is profitable and it would still be a good investment in the future. If i were you, i will take advantage on the dump and buy resources until its not going up.
Today i am decided to that i want to buy some ETH but in this bear market i have get panicked because ETH is continuously dying. So what should i do now? Can i invest in ETH or not? Please give me some suggestion.

my advice if you are sure to invest in ethereum there is no need to panic to buy it now with what will happen after you make a purchase. because the market will soon soon grow again and increase its price, investing in the long run only so you will not be too panicked if ethereum prices fall again later.

Dude you have to set your own bias. Based either from fundamentals or technical analysis. Yeah right this is a speculation forum but it is much better to rely on yourself and not on the opinion of others right?
This is your choice, and you will depend on this decision whether you will have great luck in the form of money that you have earned by buying this coin, well, I can even recommend it.
Looking at your taste, before buying I think still worth learning about this currency more that would know what is happening and will happen, in General, what to expect from it.

That's a very quick decrease but very usual to ETH market. How can it be hard to buy ETH now? let those people panic and focus with your game plan and that is to buy during the dip. Let the cheap coins flow in the market while those panic sellers will regret what they have done.
ETH is lagging bitcoin a bit but should catch eventually. Prices below $300 are still good to buy some for ETH itself or to get some for investing in any new hot ICOs.

Current situation of ETH is that it is not able to hold the price and people are getting panic and selling it. If i am not wrong still ETH price is high and it will touch nearby $150 as it got lot of problem and eth ICO are almost getting scam so no investor are their for coming ICO which will be not good for ETH.
