In my opinion, it should be the right time to buy as much ETH as possible, then hold until the market price stabilizes. And I am sure that by the end of 2018 BTC and ETH prices will recover.
it's very difficult to speak ethereum at the end of the year,but there is good news if ethereum future will launch at the end of the year, hopefully ethereum prices can skyrocket

if you target ETH in the form of bitcoin, I think at the moment ETH does have a low price. if it is changed in the form of bitcoin, the price of 1 ETH for now is 0.04 btc. there is a possibility that the price will rise to 0.07 btc or more by the end of the year.

Well in my opinion buy it. It is still number 1 platform that 90% of blockchain projects use. EOS supposedly was the one to change that. But turn out to have too many flaws.

I would say, do not look at the marker situation. Just invest into etherum as etherum is one of the best coins to invest into in this market and its definitely a wise investment in my own opinion
Ether price will be decided soon because they recently release new update which will decide Eth project future. I think we can start buying Eth if we still believe in this project. 
ETH's current state is not ideal, because many investors have given up investing in ICO, and with the downturn of the ICO project, the price of ETH may continue to fall!
if you have more capital or still have capital that is not used then I suggest you can buy ethereum as much as you can because ethereum also has a very good price increase potential.

i believe bull months are coming towards the end of the year. the whole crypto has suffered alot in prices for more than half of the year. it's gonna have some bull moments if not alot on the coming months. if prices are not going to rise much, chances are that they are not getting alot lower. so i believe buying eth is a good choice. also, you can invest in other coins such as bitcoin and other top coins.

Just buy it now the bull market will start soon and you will bag lot of money. Ethereum is one of the best coin in the cryptos but now the prices fell too much since ETF's rejection with bitcoin but it will be just temporary effect you will see the upward trend soon.
