I think this is the time if you wait for a low price because I think this is a very low price so if you want to invest better you are doing it now as soon as you regret .. But if you question Altcoin or BTC, I would choose BTC.

For me right now is perfect time to buy but it is good to do your own search always so you will not regret at the end. Invest only the money that you are willing to lose and make a plan before trading. Goodluck.

Yes, it is a good time to buy desired altcoin as their price are low and when you hold them, you can sell at profit by the time the price rise. If it is a potential altcoin and also stable, you can hold long term.

There is no bad time to invest. It all depends on the strategy adopted. Prices are now relatively low so it is definitely worth investing. If you have a long-term plan and you think the prices will go up then there is nothing to wonder about and you should buy.

It depends about the altcoins you want to buy. But for me, bitcoin is one of the best choice to buy for now and I will add ethereum. If you want more profit than buying the top 20 coins. You can choose to invest or not in the ico. Ico nowadays gives their investors more profit.

Almost all the altcoins are in dip. but whether that dip is the entry point can only be analysed through technical analysis. You can't use an umbrella term of altcoin to make investment in a particular altcoin. Altcoins are indeed in dump, but the coin you would be investing might not be suffering a dip or isn't a good investment at the moment. Therefore, you need to be specific with what are you investing in to get a picture.

Bitcoin has been making higher lows since its February low near $6000 so current prices in $7000 - $8000 are still bargain sale prices for it and for most altcoins. Nobody rings a bell at bottoms or tops anyway.

As we saw it's market chart, it is better to buy more on altcoins than of bitcoin. Definitely, there is a huge gaining profit in the future if hold more altcoins starting today. Having them within a year, it surely be paid off .

I think altcoins have and advantage here as they will always grow because they are termed undervalued (the good ones though) but I think sub 8k is always a good price to get in
