This usually happens when wallet goes into wrong fork. In your case burst wallet lost correct sync and indeed responded with this TxID on your withdrawal. While we can't control wallet syncing correctness in realtime we can fix it on your request. Please, send support ticket and we will work it out.

Why I have a TxID im my history with an invalid TxID? Where is my withdraw of Burst Coins?


I got email confirmation, I confirmed it. But no coins was sent to my address and that TxID is just invalid.

That was three hours ago.

Running 158 wallets at the moment. Almost each of them require daily job to maintain them properly to make deposits and withdrawals possible. We are not only doing our job to maintain wallets but also we pay for servers they run on. It's impossible to keep low volume coins if they don't at least pay with fee for their server space.

Another lengthy list of delisting coins. This is really annoying for traders who want to support some good coins with little volume on c-cex.

Yes, looks like our EGC wallet forked. We are working to fix it already. If you have ticket opened - please, wait untill we fix EGC blockchain and then we will answer with "fixed" to you.

Not possible. We close only duplicated tickets. If you have unresolved issue - make sure ticket is opened and we will take care.

STILL WAITING FOR A OFFICIAL RESPONCE FROM THE CCEX

I know c-cex is having issues with the withdrawals, I submit a ticket but it wasnt answered yet, I post it here just because i think is important.

I make a WD request in september 15th, aprox. at 04:00 GMT, the conf, e-mail was sent, aproved & the funds deduced, my history page shows this TxID: ab7a26d6b2b9c9d1dde033814e64841a29b3904c4acb6110cefb8a31848ae1e9, as you can see here



But rigth now +24 hrs. after if you put this TxID in the coin (EGC) blockexplorer this transaction doesnt appear, and the coins arent in my wallet, as you ca see here:



Hope c-cex can fix it,its my exchange of choice, I never had a real problem using it and want to continue trading there. Greetings

Not all coins are scam. you should use your mind to select a coin. and c cex full of Good and  also Scam coins especially on btc hot pair list you should be careful.
