Hello,

I had recently activated the F2A (11/2017) with Google Authenticator on c-cex.com... It worked a few days and then nothing (it kept telling me that the code was wrong even when synced)...
So i decided to remove the F2A (12/2017), read that i had to wait 7 days before the reactivation. Waited 8 day to be sure and it keep asking me for F2A...   

I have made several infructuous atempts since.

Sent a ticket today... Got 2 responces (bot obviously):

They do mess up big time, its all good that they have fixed some of the deposit issues after the one month vacation which lead to XVG chaos in which c-cex tried to fix by issuing their own XVG token that led to another problem.

Because the price is in the hands of C-cex!
You have not even announced how many of the Fantast coins were made!
I assume that they are made according to need!
No customer who reads the Bitcoinforum (which is otherwise linked to Twitter and the C-cex trading site) will sell it under 550 staoshi! So there is only one conclusion ....
C-cex buys C-cex. no more and no less!

I would also be extremely pissed off if I was among the victims.. The clients, costumers, traders...

Well, what you should do, @ C-CEX Team, Devs...  here it is, the options to repair or try to...

1. Stop making quick decisions that you think are smart but are not thought thru!
2. Stop all trade of that New substitute (prostitute...) token XVGCT.. And best is buy the rest of them back and then delete that token. (Pretty nerve wrecking in the first place, that you can just make up new imaginary tokens... Did it even have a BlockChain running behind it to support it?)
3. Find out how you can ACTUALLY SEND THE LOST FUNDS TO ALL VICTIMS..
4. Send those funds ! (BTC, LTC, USDT, Whatever you need to do..)

If you really want to use the substitute token "solution", which you shouldn't.:
Make it impossible for other clients to make buy orders on that sub token, so that the price cannot go under the market price, and so that you stop
it from being dispersed all over into the whole exchange!
Then start making your buy orders which should follow the market price + 0,05 x the price, or 5 percent extra, to compensate for loss of ease, tranquility, energy, time and money liquidity on behalf of the traders..

If you dont follow that train of thoughts, you will be a big traITOR, coward, towards your customers and therefore also towards yourselves and the future of that exchange you call yourself the Team of....

Our own mistakes? By putting our XVG in CCEX? Maybe you're not in our position now. Maybe someday you'll have the same experience with your "trusted" exchange somewhere. Let's see if you're gonna say the same thing.

Here's the thing, in my case I put my XVG back in the end of Dec 2017, and then suddenly the wallet was in maintenance, meanwhile the owner/dev was going to have a nice holiday for a month long without nobody take care of the exchange.

When they returned somewhere around Jan 20 2018 they said they were going to fix it immediately. A month after they said they lost all of XVG in the wallet due to "technical issues". So, they created this token so called "XVGCT" which is not withdraw-able nor tradeable anywhere else swapped 1:1 for XVG that been lost. And they said they're going to buy them with btc at the market price.

After more than 2 months of uncertainty and fear of losing their investment I think it's natural when people want to get out from there asap as there's no other option. Massive selloff would only help the price to go one way down.

If buying at the current market value of XVG is what they mean, why don't they offer instant trade with current XVG market value instead?

By buying at a very low price now and hoping the price goes up, will only means lost big part of the investment for the customers and PROFIT for the owner/dev!

The owner/dev simply don't know how to be responsible at all! Amazing! Still trying to profiting from desperate customers.

Yes, you can profiting from this situation too, by buying at this price, I agree it's easy to understand, IF you're willing to live with the facts about XVGCT. But if put yourself in the victims shoes, will you be willing to wait more months with more uncertainty until the price goes up?

Why in the world don't they just offer some apology to the victims and offer a full refund. A FULL AMOUNT OF XVG for each victim that been lost instead of this snake move?

Show your responsibility instead of keep ignoring people!

Dear C-CEX in every business on this planet the customers are always the first seller's concern. You are not the victim, victims are your customers. I own a business and in your situation, to save my reputation I would ask a loan (if didn't have all the money to refund people) but first we must honor our debts, then we solve our problems. Honestly you wasn't professional at all.

You can trade your token for btc if you want.  at any price.  price is now 80sat...  why would you sell it??

 they are saying they will buy it at market value.    So DONT SELL IT BELOW MARKET VALUE.

Put your 'sell' mark at market value.   atm around 600sat.
