Am one of your customers that are suffering from that problem, even by confirming the link from e-mail it doesn't do anything, I tried it hundred times and still didn't solve the problem.
The problem is not in receiving the confirmation e-mail, the problem is the the confirmation link that we receive isn't working, please try to create an account as a normal user then activate the 2FA trough Authy or google Authenticator and try then to remove it using the confirmation link, after 7 days, you will see that it's not working.
I hope this time c-cex will understand the problem and react because I'm very tired of waiting for the team to understand and fix the problem one a day, it's been 4 mouths ago that I accessed to my account and all my funds are in it and can't reach them.
If this time c-cex will not solve that problem we all users will know that c-cex became a SCAM, and I will do my best to affect its reputation.

To all with 2FA problems.
Try another browser or device. Had already with other (not c-cex) the problem.
I had to either change the browser or examine the HTML code of the e-mail to copy the link out of there!
I'll keep our fingers crossed.

Try to wait for new numbers and then enter quickly! It may also be due to the slow connection! ...

Good thing C-CEX is so pro-active and responsive, answering our questions and remarks, showing us that that are doing the utmost best they can to help their customers out of this mess. You can really tell they care.
