I am not defintiely sure about that, but yes this is kind of interesting regarding the Mt. Gox in planning to sell their Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash in the open market rather than the over the counter. If he plans to sell it on the open market, for sure there would be a short-term price dump like what happened in March regarding the big sell-off. I think it might not go lower than the amount, probably $7k or so would be reasonable.

Touching of 4000 is a possiblity but keeping the price in 4000 is not possible. So it can be but duration can not much more than 1 or 2 days may be
yes, everything is possible and when we remember in December, the price reaches $19k but suddenly, the price is dropped and reach $6k and it bounces up to more than $7k. the price is not just in that price, but the price is moving around from $6k to $9k but to get down to $4k, I think it's difficult unless there is any big bad news is happen like what we know with Mt. Gox.

Actually, even the best technician will not know if it will go down at that level. The crypto price will go wherever it likes to go just like other markets that are driven mainly by supply and demand which is basically emotionally motivated - fear and greed. But based on charts today, it is an uptrend for BTC medium term. It just needs to stay and consolidate on current price and not go down below 11k, and we can see it climb up, hopefully.. again, no one surely knows, just probabilities.
The one thing I learned since I started to invest in crypto is to not care much about the crazy changes in my portfolio. Crypto is still like the internet in the 90's, sooo much room for growth, but also many pains along the way. The marketcap is still higher then what it was on the 1th of Dec 2017, and it had a crazy run after that. There was always going to be a correction after a crazy rise, and the endless stream of FUD from the last months didn't help.

I don't think that bitcoin can decrease at 4000$. Now the market seems to increase and the trend is more green than red. However who know what can happen in crypto.
