It's really a competitive game between those two. But while eyes are focused on the top 20 coins, some underdogs are making their way gradually to the top. It'll be good generally for ETH to gain 1k3 reputation again but at this rate, that kind of rally needs a huge BTC pump, if their relativity is anything to go by.

ofcourse it is very possible. because ethereum is one of the strongest altcoin at the moment. and so many icos are using ethereum blockchain. and that is why there will always be an organic demand for ethereum so price is going to increase in the next bull.

There still a chance and high possibilty that ethereum can surpass its all time high value which I believe 1200 dollar that happened last year. 1300 dollar is still reachable for ethereum and since this is the #1 competitor of bitcoin it is not that far that some altcoins also depends in the increase of ethereum value.

Ethereum is a good coin, but the problem is that now it has been lowered in price by major players in the market and this is a problem. Perhaps six months later, the price will recover after a major update developers, but so far the price is low.

There's always a possibility in cryptocurrency industry and every coin prices is unpredictable and if you have an investment in ethereum that's the one thing you want the most and right now the value of ethereum is lower than $400 so the best thing to do is to hold it and wait for it's price to rise.
