Hackers can do anything right now even in bank they can hack it if they know your info all. i think just secured your info your wallet and from phising site just be careful but i think bitcoin or blockchain is much safer than bank

I do not store bitcoins, I use eth or tokens that use smart contracts with eth to store my crypto assets. you can use ledger or trezor as token storage hardware. part of the money I invested in ico and buy tokens that are down the price .. I think that's my strategy as HOLDER

I think the only way to protect it from the hackers is to store it in its designated and proper wallet or the paper wallet on which making you an assurance for the safety of it because you are the only one who know and responsible for the private keys on which is the only access for the wallet. Also avoid those malicious website so that they didn't have a chance to stole any information about you.
