One should trade according to market condition and convert to BTC/ETH on time before losing even more. It is hard to say to the people to not sell their digital assests as each of us have different needs and if some of us needed the assets that we have regardless of the price then we will just sell it to fulfill our everyday need.
Our necessity force us to do what is want to comply our needs but there are many things to considered but if we think we are not going to loose cause it's not bad to enjoy the fruits of our labour.
