This all depends on the level of loss you have incurred in the coin. If you have incurred much loss, it's better you sell to avoid further loss but if otherwise, hold!
At the moment the market is still below, I think it's better to wait and continue to hold the coins we have rather than panic to sell them. Currently holding coins longer is the best strategy.

I absolutely agree with you, don't need to panic because change course of crypto. Over past week, Bitcoin exchange rate has changed from $6300 to $6800, traders have earned well on this. Now it is trading at $6400 and will rise again. But some holders start to panic when exchange rate crypto changes in 2-3%. They selling their cryptocurrency and get losses.You need to be patient, that would make money on crypto marketplace.
Of course i can wait, i already lost 80% of my assets, and i dont wanna cut my lost by selling it while in the dip. Most of all altcoins are digging dip now and i dont want to ride on them, dumpers are those people who are scared on what they currently saw, and not that they can saw in the future.

There is no point in selling for loss. Everyone is making 10-20 times and selling in loss because of panic is very bad idea.

Patience is the key. Cryptocurrency is just starting out and it keep on going for long time. This has happened many times, so nothing to worry about. Market will get back to normal, and hopefully anytime soon.
I invest in some coin with long term holding strategy so i don't have any plan to sell it in less than one year since the start and since i bought most of the coin last year i am still in a good position. There's indeed lost opportunity since i didn't sell last December but i believe in the long term the value of my coin will rise so i can wait for a few more years.

I can't sell at loss, I always hold till am in profit in order to curtail risk, I always ensure am holding solid projects. This space is unpredictable, you never can tell what will happen the moment you sell at loss, nevertheless everyone is entitled to his own opinion.

It always not healthy to sell early. I have read a lot of regretful post on this forum where early sellers always cry. Keep calm and don't be in a rush to sell. Study your coin at least for a month.

Indeed the only thing that we need is patience it looks like the situation of bitcoin before it reach its lowest value but at the end of the day the price of it goes up. So better wait and have a lot of patience because without this thing you cannot achieve what you want and all your investment will go into nothing if you don't have this kind of trait.
