So can we please agree that this coin swap and this coin as a whole was a scam.  Dev had ppl exchange coin that was on an exchange for a coin that wasn't on exchange and disappeared after his real name was found out.  Axis and his friends are real scum bags.

Any news here ? I see updates on the twitter account . Nice to see this one [at least twitter] to be still active . We saw so many projects wiped out from coinmarketcap and to see this minicoin still it's not a bad achievement hem, Grin

Nowadays with the heat around the mining  electricity and the eco challenges I think this coin can progress . Now, whoever behind, should focus on delivering genuine value here not just posts etc. Good luck guys !

Thank you. We are endeavouring to do just that!

"Dev" gets called out by real name and disappears  I don't think he ever had an end game for the scam clone coin as he was hoping it would still take off price wise.  He couldn't cash out any significant amount of coin because there was never any buy support to get ride of it.  The market movement was really just a small group if not just one person moving the coin over and over again to create volume at the cost of commission to the exchange.

I like this coin, it's got great name space and since it's pretty much already mined out* we could potentially do some interesting things with it. Does anyone have some interest in that? The swap(?) didn't work out so the idea would be to use the existing coin. Perhaps pre-buy some and operate a non-profit incentive system for green production.

The real key here is the environmental imperative, that's the main driver. There's carbon accumulating in the atmosphere, we don't really know, beyond a vague warming and the existence of accumulating total atmospheric energy, what's going to happen, and there's not a lot of good solutions on the table to deal with it. You can combine those two things together (blockchain transactions and an environmental need) into a powerful social group, IMO.

*(the cap is 16B coins correct?)

So that's a "no" or what?

To my knowledge, Axismundo/Chriscarbon are not the original dev. That one is the mystery one, and god knows what happened to him. Though I guess he has lost access to that wallet.

@oldloco Its a shame how it looks like this is ending but im  sure it wasnt axismundi/chris's intention to scam anyone , he did put alot of time into carboncoin and isnt the original dev, had no premine and wasnt paid aside from what little he made from selling carb for fiat and maybe donations. He never touched the large amount , 630 mill , of carb donated to the environmental wallet , still sitting there now https://chainz.cryptoid.info/carbon/address.dws?114719.htm . If he was an outright scammer that woulda been sold long ago!!

On https://carboncoin.cc/ timer for swap ( 5th one at least) is showing -21 days. That is how he is working this dev, that even don't have time to at least pretend that all is good? I've swapped 14m+ of old carbon which at the time of the swap was worth ~2btc. I've seen there was info somewhere about the real identity of this Axismundo scammer - can someone pls send me an email with all details you have on him to [email protected]? I will make a case against this pest of the crypto world and I will make his wallet bleed. As I have not only screenshots of our chat for a swap in Slack but also video screen recordings too.

You like a coin because of it's name space?  It's a giant premine scam with a "dev" that doesn't write code and commissioned a clone.  This is clearly a scam.  Find a different looser coin to pump and dump.

The original swap was already complicated/outdated. You have to send it manually to their wallet and then they were sending token to your ETH wallet. Now they keep it going. More complicated plans, with an even more complicated explanation about how it should work.

Because this is nothing but a scam

Coin still dead?

Yep.  The "dev" who took over this coin convinced people to trade in their existing coin for a new coin that is worthless and on no exchanges.  Total scam.

Dang yeah I took part in the swap. Doh
