no coin on earth can destroy ethereum and just forgot about it only if vitalik give up about ethereum project and thats wont happen
In my opinion, Cardano can't surpass eth but who knows on what will happen in the future. If that will happen cardano will surely take a lot of time to surpass eth if ever eth collapse.
The founder of ETH is behaving like a worried man that CAN NOT DELIVER: If he doesn’t come good he will be the subject of making false claims!
ETH is an old dog that will use tech plugins that are Not sustainable: It is game over for ETH!
Although cardano has created smarter platforms and smarter contracts from Ethereum, to destroy Ethereum must take a long time because it makes many people believe that the platform will be very difficult because many people have been treated with the ethereum platform, it should not destroy but go together to build the Crypto smarter might be a suitable word for both projects.
The article is the writes opinion and everyone has their own opinion, so for me in my own opinion, it will take cardano a long time to surpass eth, even if they will surpass them, cardano still have a lot of work to be done. So for now eth still rules.
ETH may have laid the foundation for the launch of smartcontract. Cardano is being developed to become an ideal blockchain. However, its network is still in the process of being deployed, and at the present time it is only applied as a crypto coin. I think it takes a long time to catch up with ETH
More time for Cardabo to overtake ETH but I know this is possible to happen. Hopefully, ETH will not give that spot easily on the top2 giant coins so I’m expecting for ETH to improve better and make a good fight in this competition. Whatever it takes I will invest on this two coin so I can also enjoy their success. 
It is difficult for Cardano to cross Ethereum in the future because at present Ethereum's potential is far higher than Cardano in 2018. If indeed in the future Cardano can surpass the market cap of ETH then probably will be a long time because the current ETH with the vast network is the altcoins and ICO Token.
Why replace if it could be a good competition?
And yet where are the ICO's up until now?
It is still at the Ethereum platform which is ERC20.
If this is true then we should be seeing changes to where thid ICO's should be. I believe ETH founder wont let it break down just like that.
The price doesnt tell the usage of one crypto. It is just being dragged by bitcoin which normally happens.

Cardano is certainly an interesting project, and the Ethereum can not be constantly on top. In the end, technology is moving forward, and sooner or later a more successful project should appear, but I do not think it will happen in the near future. At the moment, the entire infrastructure of the blockchain is built around two titans Bitcoin and the Ethereum, and it will takes not a small time, to change this.
Its too odd for hearing Cardano will destroy Ethereum! I don't think so, even after reading this article. ETH has the stability for many years and popularity also, where cardano is new as compare to Ethereum. Even Cardano price (0.1) is too low as compare to ETH. So in dreams Cardano will destroy Ethereum!
I have been buying up the cheap Cardano under .10 cents. I'm not sure if it can dethrone the king but if it even gets close it should be big profits from here. I love the projects team on this one. I really believe in them.
Cardano is one of my favorite altcoin. Cardano has the perfect technology, professional development team. Cardano has overcome many weaknesses of BTC and ETH, showing that this altcoin has good scalability. I believe in the future Cardano will grow and become a new force in the market. However, I do not think Cardano can beat Ethereum. It will take a lot of time and effort to get Cardano through Ethereum.
I can not say who is better, but who is weaker in this case. They are competitors, and healthy competition always benefits, otherwise there will be no choice. In my opinion, both projects deserve attention.
While the ADA team are still in the process of what they thought can be way successful than ETH, ETHEREUM is already populating the world with the tokens created under its network. By the time ADA is done, there might have nothing to tokenized already. The only reason why some likes ADA is because is cheap that they bag hold millions of it which they can with ETH this time.

Cardano is a blockchain representation with concepts offered like Ethereum, which is personalized for smart contract technology. Cardano is also the only crypto currency to implement a comprehensive consensus proof-of-stake protocol. But with all the advantages, I think Cardano will not surpass ethereum.
Cardano has great potential now. Especially against the background of big problems with blockchain Ethereum. Smart contracts are necessary for many projects.

I know about ADA coins that do have big enough enthusiasts with the potential for good price spikes, but I am not sure this coin can destroy ETH which is the platform of several other altcoins and also as a means of payment other than BTC to join ICO and trade

first, we want to be like BTC-LTC pairing in which individuals who can't get into BTC take a look at LTC and say heys that higher tech and much cheaper so that they can purchase plenty of it to hodl onto. I don't assume we have even reached that degree yet all of the traction which we are getting is in reality due to the hype as to what the future holds for ADA.
