Thank you guys for sharing the information with the comunity also when your issues are getting solved with Cex, not only when the issues appear.
I mean let's be fair... indeed they are slow and struggling but still... it's obvious they try to keep up... imho
I must be very unlucky then... after waiting for so long I did not even get the correct amount (second withdrawal)!!!!
Got my first withdrawal of 15-11-2017 on 29-11-2017 in EUR (from IBAN: X) Got my second withdrawal of 16-11-2017 worth of €13000+ in USD on 6-12-2017. (GOT USD INSTEAD OF EUR) (from IBAN: Y, so another IBAN)
After 1 week of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response to double check if I got USD and not EUR > E-mailed back with proof.
After 2 weeks of receiving USD instead of EUR. I got response "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting.", that they have double check and have send EUR and not USD. And asked me to contact bank and send them confirmation > E-mailed cex back with proof USD is send.
Because Cex send me USD and not EUR, I still need to get remaing amount of €2180.
2 weeks further and I got: "Thank you for your patience. Please, accept our apologies for keeping you waiting."
Now it is 3+ weeks further and still no solution and they let me again waiting and waiting and waiting.... I do not want to make an accusation, but they need to solve their own problem....... instead of ignoring and letting customers waiting so long..
