I have made several requests to withdraw USD to my MasterCard which I used for deposit. But every time it is rejected. Bank support said, that the problem is not on their side and I have no limits for my card.
CEX.IO support just sends me auto generated answers.

Why do you send me the same answer every time?
I already have created the new ticket with  "mastercard_withdrawal_01" in the text but you answer me again - if I have a visa / if I have mastercard.
I have a Master Card. How can I finally get my money??

As I can see now, CEX.IO is just a scam, which creators are going to rob the users.

Helllo, Cex.

I sent an e-mail to the support team regarding an issue to my account (Reset 2FA), the username is: travisantonio. I sent all required documents, check that since the last time I sent one, YOU GUYS autoclosed my request and that was almost 6 months ago, I want to withdrawn something from my account and due to that I can't, Jesus. It is just injustifiable how your services are.

I am waiting for verification of my USD cryptocapital account and at the same time for withdrawal from 5/1/2018 without any progress. Also ticket was created (599591)
Where is the problem? Such time is not acceptable! In the past in case of EUR cryptocapital account it was only 1 day.

Such response time is not a good sign of your trustfulness.

You were responded yesterday by our support team. Your CryptoCapital account is verified. as for the payment, please, note that the system usually processes such payments 3-8 days. Kindly wait until the end of the specified period.

Are you sure we are talking about the same ticket? Because the reply of your support team was to my another ticket - EUR withdrawal. But I still have problem with my USD withdrawal to my USD Crypto Capital account.
Are you sure, that my USD Crypto Capital account is verified too? Not only my EUR CC account? Because by verification of my EUR CC account I was informed about that by your team via mail. But now, by USD CC account verification I have no replies (except automated) from your team since 5/1/2018.

So once again my question - is my USD Crypto Capital Account really verified? (again, I am not talking about my EUR Crypto Capital account)

BTW, mentioned 3-8 days period has passed. I hope my request will be processed in a very short time.

I made a bank transfer to cex.io a almost 2 months ago and still nothing is showing up in my account.
I've opened around 5 cases they are just leaving me with automated messages saying they have escalated the issue to the correspondent team, but no answer ...

Anyone here had same experience or can help me recover my money ...

Well, thanks for the invite but so far I'm not in this position...
I've got paid by cex every single time, for every penny, even if I had to wait one month+ at some point.

I totally agree they are extremely slow responsive, slow resolving, difficult to communicate and understand the isssue or avoiding straight answers etc. but never kept 1 penny from what I withdraw.

The biggest problem is the slowness in everything, from communicating to resolving issues ending with deposit/withdrawal times and confirmation delays.

They have a huge PR problem which once they'll ever solve, it will make an awesome exchange as it used to be back in 2013...
But probably this is just the Russian way to handle a business, who knows...

after 10 days i got my btc. i guess they solved the issue manually. i lost money at the end. i will not thank you. you dont hav any excuse. you have to be professional. i am not sure about using your service anymore. good luck to others about the crypto and fiat withdrawels.

CEX's business model is completely shady.

I am fully verified, it took a long time, I now have $20K I'd like to withdraw but am now finding out as a US citizen, there is no way to withdraw?!?

Why does your website say "In order to deposit or withdraw USD/EUR/RUB, all users from the USA are obliged to complete identity verification first. This is a mandatory requirement for all account types, including Basic" Huh

Why did Akhil G. (supervisor) tell me to add my card and verify it in order to complete a withdrawal? Do you just respond random things without checking your client's profile??

It is indicated in the Payment Options that the USA belongs to the countries restricted for fiat withdrawals. We regret to say that, but it is only possible to withdraw crypto.

This is what i see on blockchain about my transaction from cexio. İ checked my account on cexio but there is no BTC balance. Does it looks like cexio is fixing transaction problem? Should i worry more than i worried last 10 days?

Hello CEX.io,

I am writing you today because I still have not received my BTC withdrawal for over a week. In that time, I have pinged you on twitter, Facebook messenger, reddit, your webmaster email, support ticket, and tried to PM you here, but you do not take messages from new members Huh. As of writing this no reply on any communication channel that I have tried. In addition to trying to get a response from you to resolve my issue, I have spent countless hours researching, talking with the fine people of this forum, and exploring options to remedy the issue on my own or with an assist from another user. However, the transaction you sent was so large with such a minimal fee, I cannot get into the free accelerator and to pay for it is ridiculous since it is your irresponsibility that has caused the issue.   

Now I see you posted some brush off responses on the forum to all the complainants about your company. When in reality you refuse to do anything about it. Your refusal to resolve issues leads me to believe one of a few things.

A) Your lack of response, willingness to pay proper fees shows that you have no commitment to your users, respect towards the miners, and care for the entire community. Therefore, should not be operating a business and we should make it our mission to cut you off. 

B) You are a bunch of money grabbers that are scamming people out of their money. So, you do not care about your reputation and are purposefully delaying as well as making mistakes. Therefore, should not be operating a business and we should make it our mission to cut you off. 

C) You are actually just a company of incompetent people that have now idea how to do their jobs as well as be stewards of the community. Therefore, should not be operating a business and we should make it our mission to cut you off. 

To me none of those options are great and I challenge you to prove me wrong by adding a fourth. Start resolving problems today and showing proof. If that can be done, then you are a good company that has made honest mistakes, are overworked with the crypto boom, do care, and should be part of the community.

However, I am a realist, or as some would say a pessimist in disguise. That is why I am beginning to work on filing a cyber fraud report, that will not only include my information, but every complaint that I can find on this board, reddit, and anywhere else to expose you for what you are. Who, knows if or what that will do, but if we the users and community do not start taking action against harmful entities in the ecosystem this will only continue to get worse.

It's unbelievable that such a company exists. I don't care wether it is a scam or they just suck but why does the UK let such a miserable company operate on its territory? Imagine the number of people they are pissing off and the amount of stress they cause. Whatever if the issues get solved we should just sue them for the psychological embarrassment they are causing. Even on social media they are retarded. Sorry for the guys having these smaller issues but I'm waiting for a 9k USD withdrawal, other people are waiting for a really long time for huge amounts as well, people have their coins stuck in the blockchain and the market is collpasing and these dicks are just replying to the reatards who lost their 2FA etc... or stuff like that. Priority management seems to be great there.
In any case if someone from CEX could speed up the process on my ticket 618239 maybe I could stop being mega pissed off at you. I've not been waiting for long but I'm not patient anyways. 5 days and my withdrawal is still pending. Is it too fucking complicated to send money to a bank? I can show you if you need. Just give me your address and I'll come to do it myself. Really I think you should just let the people having problems come to your office and fix it themselves since most of the time they seem to know better than you. In any case as I said in my ticket if my withdrawal is still pending by monday and the status has not changed I'll just send my lawyer. I pay an insurance for that so I don't care it's free and sadly such an insurance is necessary to deal with miserable retards like you. I have requested 3 withdraws after yours from other exchanges and they are all in my bank account.
