Today I try to transfer amount of ripple to an account to Binance, email arrive at me and I accept email confirmation l but amount of ripple hasn't been transfer to another account in Binance.. Why it is taking so long to transfer it has been 5h?

Hi there. I Have some problems with 2FA, namely:
I've decised to moves 2FA to another phone. So I've disable 2FA on my 1st phone, turn it on my 2nd phone (of course such operation means 2FA code filling in, which was succesfully accepted)
But now I can't login my account, because of error of 2FA code incorrectness.
Recovery key, which I received when turning 2FA on is also incorrect.
I wrote to the support, sent them all data for 2FA reset.
But there is no answer yet.

I don't know what's going on with exchanges lately but it's not good. I deposited money through cex.io a long time ago, somehow my ''proof of residence'' wasn't good, fair enough. More than 2 weeks ago I sent them another proof of residence, this time a good one but still not verified. I understand there are a lot of users and they are busy but after 20 days, how difficult can it be to look at 1 single paper and verify it? I wouldn't be this mad but I also want to withdraw some money to my bank and I have seen users complaining that it takes also weeks so basically I'm going to spend months just to withdraw some money?

It's fine, I don't really care now because I was going to withdraw some money through cex.io but now it's a bad idea seeing that it might take a month to process a single withdrawal request. I'm not using it until you fix your problems. I honestly understand that it can be slow but why are exchanges like yours advertising it like it's going to take 1 day or a few days at most when it's usually taking weeks? Why not let your users know that it could very easily and most likely take weeks? Why advertise something that is not true?


The issue with long-lasting money transfers has arisen recently due to a range of reasons. Among them is the load on our system and departments, which is constantly increasing, as well as the load on our payment partners. Therefore, it may currently take longer to withdraw or deposit. In any case, we do everything possible to resolve the situation and expect it to improve soon.

I requested for BTC withdrawal from CEX.io about 14 hours ago but still not confirmed by CEX.

I understand that blockchain is experiencing heavy load but THIS IS NOT ABOUT the transaction in the blockchain. I didn't even get TX ID from CEX since they have not confirmed the withdrawal WITHIN their website.

I sent about 3 emails and created support ticket, even messaged them in the facebook but still no response.

Anyone else having this issue?
