Anyone from the states withdraw their btc to their bank accounts from here? If so do we enter the routing number and account number in the IBAN field since we don't have ibans? It won't accept just my account number.
you can't withdraw bitcoins to a bank account. Only € or $. On the withdrawal page for € you can choose between SEPA and Wire, so Wire should be the way to go for you. I always do SEPA, so not sure if you also have to enter an IBAN in the wire part..

It is clearly stated on our website that cloud-based GHS mining is paused. Users are free to reenable it, but we warn everyone that unprofitable mining decreases balance. The information is shown under GHS/BTC, GHS/USD charts, as well as written in capitals on Cloud Mining page.
We do not encourage people buy GHS by any means or assert that mining is profitable.

I don't use CEX anymore and maybe I'm missing something, but I don't think you can report mis-selling if nothing was mis-sold to you, as you're aware of how the site works. If you're still able to turn-on the mining option and mine (at a loss), then you can hardly say it's miss-selling. It would be the case if they somehow suggested it is profitable and/or encourage you to buy inactive Ghs.
Also, how exactly have you made a complaint directly to FCA, if FCA suggests making complains to FOS?

Edit: CEX should definitely remove the pool speed info from their homepage, as it's indeed misleading. Since it's inactive, it should either say 'zero PH/s' or 'potential pool speed' etc. But it's probably best just to remove it.

I would like to report a bug that is probably related to some internal rounding at CEX.IO's end. (I already reported this bug to CEX.IO's support, but the support seemed to be somewhat overchallenged. So I report it here again in the hope it finds its way to the developers..) Here's the bug:
When placing orders of certain amounts, then there is an automatic decrease or increase by one minimum amount increment. For example, if I place an order of 153.3 LTC in LTC/EUR, then there will be an order of 153.30000001 LTC in the orderbook. While this is of course a negligible discrepancy, it still might lead to some undesired side effects when using a trading bot.
