Hi! It seems that we missed your question and we are sorry for that. Could you please specify what minimal amount is confusing to you and also the exchange option you've picked (float/fixed rate)? Basically, these amounts are based on several factors such as network fees on both sides (input and output currencies), our fee so that our system could order a transaction to be sent from the market is the minimum amount that allows guaranteeing smooth and safe processing of your transaction.
It's vital to mention that recently, we lowered minimum amounts for all crypto-to-crypto exchanges. For example, the minimum amount to exchange #BTC to #ETH is now 0.0003 BTC only!

Are they really replying with those links that you've provided? it's just a very simple question from one of their user but no reply has done.
I have no concern with them and I don't think that I'll use them, proving that they didn't joined the conversation here.

Why is it that sometimes your minimum tradeable amount seems to be high?

I want to warn everybody not to exchange crypto on Changelly.com.

Made my first attempt to buy 15 Monero and paid with BTC.

Transaction is on hold now for about 4 days for KYC process.

I sent them ID copies, no reply. Asked again, they required "proof of where I have the BTC from".

Sent now 7 times all over again screenshots from the trader I purchased BTC along with screens from my wallet - is ignored.

Whenever I ask what is going on, I receive the standard reply "to send proof of where I have the BTC from".

For me its quite clear, this is a SCAM. My bad that I didn't buy a little amount.
