I do understand the much concern about changing of rule at the end of bounty campaign by either project or bounty managers. This is real time form of abuse but one thing I have noticed is that, most bounty managers indicates that the bounty rules are subject to change so if you consider the change can affect you if you don't have certain documents, please ignore and look for a new one and thi because more abuse sake hunters don't like reading.

It's a form of sheer wickedness and way to frustrate the bounty hunters, they always use that phrase "that rules are liable to changed anytine" as an excuse.  But the most annoying of it all is when they change allocation also

Of course changing the rules during the campaign or at its end is bad. Therefore, at the very beginning, the project can prescribe the possibility of changing the rules. Although in most cases this does not affect the end result. If they want to reduce payments, extend the campaign, etc., they will do so.

Cut the allocation when the campaign ends. Is that can be called abuse. Because this happened to me when all the campaigns were finished and suddenly there was an announcement regarding the allocation which was cut without cause and effect for reasons that in my opinion did not make sense.

Something like this can be said of abuse. Because usually in regulations it is not said allocation can change. The project should have thought about this, why would something like this happen. Because being chosen by the first person is the initial allocation.

I do not think so.
They can change rules because they have written in the rules, that rules can be changed.  Cheesy You will not see any red tagged bounty manager for this, maybe for not paying bounty hunters or promoting a scam.  Wink

Changing the rules at the end of the bounty campaign is betrayal and shows that the bounty managers and the project do not have integrity. Because the rules are the agreement the hunters agreed to before performing the tasks so why change the rules when they have fulfilled their own part if the contract.

Sometimes this happens a lot in many campaigns. Usually the changes that often occur are the KYC requirements and many bounty hunters who are afraid that their data or documents will be misused. But the bounty manager should be able to communicate this to the developer team from the start of the campaign

Trusted bounty manager helps there before promoting start. Once I didn't get my bounty reward because changed rules KYC is mandatory by proof of residency.
Managers are also following the rules of the developed, and they can change it as stated on the OP. Before you participate make sure that you know the rules and you are ready for some changes that may occur. Sometimes this is abuse because they change the rules against the hunters, meaning they ask too much and they changed too much, in this case you can’t do anything but to wait for the result of that.

Changing the conditions at the end of the bounty company may indicate that such a project is a fraud. But this is not always the case. The project team often do not care about bounty hunters and therefore you should not be upset if the project turned out to be a scam. This is a frequent occurrence, and we do not need to worry about it, we cant do anything about it.

Perhaps managers play a significant role in this fraud or abuse.  But I prefer to talk about it and not hide any information.  If we discuss the actions of managers and teams of bounty companies on bitcointalk, this will affect their credibility.  .

Here no one owes nothing to anyone. Before participating in a project campaign bounty, you accept its rules. But it seems to me that the CU wants to return the rewards that bounty hunters received in 2016-2017 and not the conditions of the companies)))

Yes you are right. Bounty hunters have a rights to receive a good and right exact amount of salary coming from campaign or to campaign manager. So I hope it is not right and just that when campaign is going on or it is near to end then the rules and regulation will change,  I think it is king of manipulation. We need to be fair in every transactions becauae bounty hunters is big help as a marketing tools of every project.

Changing rules of specific rounds is acceptable, but changing rules at the end in order to reject payments or reduce payment rates for participants is not acceptable. I think if a bounty/ campaign runs with 10 weeks in total, the manager/ company want to change rules since week 3, they should count all works of the first two weeks with original payment rates and rules. Only weeks since the third one will be applied with new rules, till the day rules changed again.

Lately more and more bounties are not following its own rules. By changing it after the campaign was finish and its unacceptable a form of abuse, decietful, dishonest, in the beggining the stupid terms and condition which is all favor to the team. It should be stop! the bounties must be return to its previous state like 2016-2017 those abusive Bounty Managers whos practice unfair method must gain negative trust. join for the fight
One of their ridiculous rules that they implement is they are locking the coins of the bounty hunters even though the coin still has no market to trade, and even if they just distribute 2% of the coin, and unlikely to make an impact on the market, even if all bounty hunters dump all their shares.

As I can see, the bounty manager will have the responsibility and authority to change the rules throughout the campaign to create relevance and to create efficiency. They have the right to do it if the project team requests it. Although, it is not satisfactory and sometimes difficult to accept because your tokens received will change. But it is also their job and the agreement between the project team. Sometimes additional requirements will create more drastic changes.

Why is everyone complaining about it? It is clearly said that almost in every bounty programme, the team or a bounty manager have the right to change rules, so when you are entering this campaign, you automatically accept those rules.

I dont consider changing rules at the end of a bounty campaign to be a form of abuse. it could only be considered a form of abuse if and only if the bounty manager refuses to include in the bounty rules that the rules are subject to change. Changing bounty rules at the end of the bounty campaign can be worrying but if its stated rules are subject to change and an you consider you can't bear with that project, you find yourself a different one.

It's hard to come back like the 2016-2017 years. I think because many projects are not really successful, they think of many reasons to change the bonus. This is not good, but we cannot do anything because there are too many bounty hunters

Some bounty managers are very good and they don't cheat, they always stay true to their words, bounty managers like bubbalex and arteezy are my favourite, once they say'No KYC'for a bounty project they will never change the rules after bounty is over.
