It’s fair to point out that any casino facing scam accusations should take them seriously to protect their reputation. Ignoring such issues can lead to bigger trust problems within the community. While campaign participants may aim to promote a good image, it’s vital for the casino itself to address concerns transparently and resolve issues directly with players.
Scam accusations mostly are invalid but if a business stays silent when their customers make scam accusations, it is bad for their reputation. Without resp;onse from a business team, customer support and compliance team, community will automatically assume that the accusation is valid, and it makes sense to come to this assumption or even conclusion.
Because a trusted business, will do like you shared, take care of their reputation seriously and won't let invalid scam accusations harm their business reputation.
I have one advice for you about KYC. Please hire a good staff who knows what happens in the countries of their players. At the moment I haven't registered on Chips and don't have a KYC problem but I want to tell you that some people won't be able to provide the ownership of house or bills on their name because for example, in my country, that doesn't exist, you can't prove that you are registered on the address that way. So, if you make it automatic, please consider manually demanding and approving utility bills.
Ownership of a real estate is one of options for KYC, not the only choice for users to do KYC.
Because many people don't own their houses so companies have to provide users more options and I am sorry, but did I miss that Chips.gg only allow users to submit house/ real estate ownership proof for KYC?
I really believe Chips.gg team don't require it as a mandatory condition and only condition for KYC.
In some platforms, they provide other options like bills (electricity, water, internet bills, and the likes) for basic KYC. With higher (advanced) KYC and business /corporate accounts, there will be more complex requirements and documents for KYC procedure.
