Exactly mate, it's never a problem to mention other casinos in another's Ann thread, I have mentioned a lot especially when the case deem it be, and just like you said the most important is that what you are saying is right on point, as for the case of chipps rectifying issues to the betterment of the casino is just the right move since there have been here once and trying to maintain a good reputation now is everything than participants blatantly covering for errors even if it's obvious.

Yep. Not only me, I have seen a lot of players even positively mention other casino names on ANN threads. But, I am not going to do that. I mentioned the casino name because they are scam accusations every other week and the casino is not giving a shit because their campaign participants backing them up without checking the accusation thread. I have seen a case where they defended the casino but later that guy was paid out a couple of million dollars and he even give away more than 40K to some forum members. Imagine the casino was forced to pay because the player was right, but their signature participants blamed that player. LOL. We are not going to do that.

To avoid confusion or have conflict regarding on what you post much better to use the term other casino. Since I think this is the best thing we could do especially if we visit other thread, For sure Chip.gg don't want to mentioned other casino name since they want their brand to be promoted on their thread and not the other casino.

But there's really no problem with it but not everyone would understand about it, so to avoid having issues with other much better to post safe words to avoid receiving unwanted words from other people.

But yeah its amazing that the player got his winning also to lucky for people who help that player since they receive something from the generous winner.

Companies show their dedication to sustainability through their deeds and how they handle criticism.
I don't know if they are happy or sad having members like me. But I know a fact that not all companies appreciate healthy criticism. But in this case, chips reacted very well and they came up with a solution that we all should appreciate.
Companies demonstrate their commitment to sustainability by their actions and their response to criticism. Chips.gg acted well; their response is commendable.

To mention something we are doing, you can see we have a $100,000 wager race ongoing for the month of october.

I don't see it's relevant to mention another casino in Chips.gg's announcement thread. They are competitors and mentioning another brand here is like shilling their brand here, even you didn't intend to do this.

I don't think it's a problem because I am not promoting another platform here with positive comments. All I shared is what their campaign participants doing in their announcement thread which is a negative thing. Mahdirakib has been one of the active forum members in the Gambling section for a long time so I assume he knows what is happening there. The word shilling defines something else.

Actually, I think I am helping them by not defending blindly.

I don't want chips to ruin their reputation. This is a forum where reputation matters. Casinos do not get a huge number of players from the forum. But when they get one, that one high roller is better than a hundred bonus hunter. Those high rollers care about reputation. I am sure you know about that since you are far more experienced.
Chips.gg team actually feel happy to have a community member like you who are ready to make your voice and recommendation directly to the team, for improvements of their service. No one can disagree with you that, reputation is very important for a business, and any company have to defend their reputation at all cost. Of course it must come from development, maintenance, customer support and accusation investigation, but it should not come from using power in hands to shut down community voice.

I have seen in a xxxbrand thread that some of their campaign participants defend them no matter what they do. BC is losing its reputation and I guess a lot of OG members are leaving their platform. Those participants should suggest their platform to look at those scam accusations and fix them. Instead, they attack the accuser without checking the facts.

Glad to see that you aren't trying to defend the mistakes of Chips.gg blindly. I respect your morality. Because I have seen some forum members to defend the casino they promote in a blind way. The casino team has now done the good thing by updating the terms. I hope their geo-blocking system will work properly too.

Thank you for your words.

The good practice is not to mention what other casinos does but to mention what we do. That should be the main thing to point out. I am happy that you have heard the community and listed the additional countries.

Having restricted countries in the casino's terms of service, or terms and conditions is not kind of mandatory, IT'S MANDATORY, or else, how can people visiting the casino know get to know that the country they will be registering from is not supported by the casino?
The discussion about it can stop right here. It's because the Chips.gg team already listened to our discussion and suggestion, then they took action in a right way. You can see their response.
Lastly, we have additionally listed these countries in our terms for ease of access.
After this change in their Terms of Service, the discussion is no longer useful, so I recommend we can stop it here, and move on to other discussions.

Thank you all for your feedback.
Thank your for your open-minded and listened to community, and your action is very necessary for users.

From your description on how an account registration at Chips.gg is, I think it's fine if they ban a new registered user immediately after they detect the IP address is from a restricted location or the user select a country from restricted countries.

It's only bad if they don't ban users from restricted countries, even they know that, and let users betting, then pull the ban card after a big win and big withdrawal request.

Asking for country at the time of registration looks new to me, no other casinos asks such information at the time of registration itself but it's good or bad depends on how they utilize it and instead of banning the user, they should not be able to register in the first place so if things change in the future in their country (by any miracle) then the user can able to access the platform which is win win for both the parties.

But having restricted countries list in the ToS page is kind of mandatory though.
Having restricted countries in the casino's terms of service, or terms and conditions is not kind of mandatory, IT'S MANDATORY, or else, how can people visiting the casino know get to know that the country they will be registering from is not supported by the casino? Specially when there is no form of warning to or for the potential user, simply alerting him or her that he or she is visiting the casino from a country that is not supported.

Concerning what you said about now allowing the users from an unsupported country access to the casino, the easiest way is to permanently block the ip addresses of all the unsupported countries so potential users coming from such countries do not gain access to the site, or better still, and maybe more simpler, disable/Grey out the registration and login button/link for user who visit the casino from a country that is not supported.

Germany is a banned region on nearly every casino, this is a well known fact. It is also listed by clicking the license seal at the bottom of the website.

Our terms clearly state the player has the obligation to ensure he is not playing from a restricted region. We provide many resources for this including our help desk. If they have any doubt they are free to reach out to our 24/7 live support with any questions.

I am happy that you have heard the community and listed the additional countries. I believe this will prevent further drama because users won't be able to say that they did not see their country list on your TOS page. Thank you for positive response and making the change.

Do you have any plan to making changes on banning a user as soon as you detect that they are from banned countries? I guess it would be a good idea if you can ban user right after they sign up because you already know where they are from. It's not important because the banned country list already available on TOS page which was most important thing to do.

Yeah, or maybe there would be a warning in place, a big one so that there would be no situations like that to resolve in the first place. Some people won't dig too deep into the TOS.

Sorry, I missed this response somehow. As a promoter of chips.gg, we defend for chips.gg by default. But when some users have valid point against the platform, we cannot deny that. There are some rooms for chips.gg to improve. Honestly, I haven't seen a casino write an Article about restricted region instead of mentioning them all in their TOS page. So, my suggestion would be please modify your TOS page and add the list of the restricted countries/regions.
I agree that it needs to be written in ToS, the official place for important terms of any platform and its services, and articles are only supplementary places for users, but should never be the original place for these important information. Articles can take information from ToS, and it's fine.

I agree with your suggestion.

However, when I click on sign up, the first thing Chips.gg is asking is where I am from. I mean I have to select my country. It seems the restricted countries are available to select as well. If chips.gg does not allow players from those countries, why do you even allow to pick their country name? Let's say they selected Germany, why don't you ban their account right after they sign up? I hope these points make sense and Chips.gg will work on those things.

but, Just be careful, it could be draw when I look at how they always nervous when meet the big team like PSG
Arsenal will look like an average team when competing in European tournaments, even if I'm not mistaken, during their heyday with Arsene Wenger, nothing good happened in European tournaments. However, it could be different this season, with a different competition format it will give Arsenal the opportunity to do more and against PSG I think Arsenal will win but the score will be very close 1-0, because of their nervousness when they are ahead they will start to play more defensively to maintain their lead.
Yeah, I guessed the wrong prediction for this time also, Arsenal won 2 different goals two days ago. But even I tell it draw, I bet on Arsenal on that time, and just won a small bet also. And, congrats to tvplus006 who just won Chips.gg | UCL Score Prediction He guessed a correct prediction score 2-0 for arsenal. but there are no people guess the correct total corner (6 corners) during the match. It looks both played carefully to throw away the ball (same like inter vs red star). It's different when i look how Barcelona vs Young boy played which has 12 totals corner kick.

I have checked on this user's screenshot. He claimed he does not own an account at the casino but posts a screenshot that shows a Session ID, IP and Device - details that can only originate from an active session. It is probably not from the actual site, I asked 2 friends if they get this Pop-Up, neither of them does.
If you check his profile, you can see he is an affiliate of the casino and benefits financially from them blossoming.
I forgot that I was using VPN during a session and was connected to a different country (I always use it). Now I visited Chips.gg without a VPN and can confirm that I didn't receive a pop-up message. elro123 says truth. Even with German VPN too, which I tested the second time, there was no pop-up for me.

If you check his profile, you can see he is an affiliate of the casino and benefits financially from them blossoming.
Mate, I am not affiliated. I am a regular user who rents a signature space. I am always on the side of truth. Please, do not speak about me that way because I haven't done anything wrong or dishonest.

I personally think that Chips.gg has to include the list of restricted countries in their ToS. As an user, I can say that there is no popup if you visit a website from Germany, also, Germany isn't listed in ToS as a restricted country, there is also no url in ToS that directs you into a bigger list of restricted countries. Overall, it's very hard to find the information about restricted countries. If I am wrong, please, anyone, correct me.

I hope that everything will go smoothly between you and Chips.gg

For various legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions, including the United States of America (and her dependencies, military bases and territories), Australia, United Kingdom, Estonia, Netherlands or other restricted jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdiction”) as communicated by us from time to time. By using the Website you confirm you are not a resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

But even there they don't list Germany, they call it "other restricted jurisdictions" that they "communicate from time to time" - which is basically a placeholder to ban any player at any given time of their liking.
You have to accept it before using, it's part of their business and all business will write their Terms of Service like this.

If their platform detects you are from Germany, and block you immediately, it's good because they don't allow you to use their platform. If you're wondering what is reason, you can ask them and perhaps they will say, Germany is in other restricted jurisdictions.

Additionally, restricted areas can be changed with time because geopolitical problems change with time too. Like before 2022, it's hard to believe that Russia will be sanctioned almost worldwide.
