My case has been solved in CHIPS.GG, their team reached out to me to solve the case. Based on the screenshot, I received my money 250$ in my CHIPS.GG account.
It should have been resolved a lot earlier. It has made me surprised that they have taken the action to solve your issue after so long. Perhaps, Chips.gg team have taken the action quickly as they have decided to get back here in the forum again.

@OP, looks like Chips.gg is trying to turn around from the past issues. I'm expecting some clarification from you about this article: Chips.gg Casino Plunges into Chaos: Co-Founder Accusations and Unexpected Maintenance

btw my Chips.gg account also seems to have not been reopened since the first campaign ended. Maybe I have to ask for support because it was suspended for reasons of inactivity. Hopefully there will be many updates in it.
Did you read the terms and conditions of this site when you created an account?
It looks like your account is not suspended even if you have been inactive for a long time. You will definitely get a notification email if you are inactive for 6 months - it is in the email as explained in the quote from their ToS. They only charge an administration fee of up to 2.5% per month if you have a balance in your account during an inactive period of more than 6 months.

You are right, I never read the ToS because as I said my account is quite old about 2/3 years ago, basically since day one of Chips.gg on the forums. Plus most of the time I can't access my phone and 2fa, I made sure there was no balance on there so didn't worry or make a big deal out of it therefore I assumed the account was suspended like most casinos if inactive for a long time often get suspended.

We are in contact with Hhampuz as well we have great relations with both him and littlemouse. Glad to see everyone taking notice of our efforts Smiley
Very nostalgic because Chips.gg is my personal memory when they held the first campaign with Hhampuz and I was a participant. Now you are relaunching the 2nd campaign with a different manager.

Good luck and btw my Chips.gg account also seems to have not been reopened since the first campaign ended. Maybe I have to ask for support because it was suspended for reasons of inactivity. Hopefully there will be many updates in it.

We do not suspend accounts for inactivity, did you lose your 2fa?

Is it really suspended? Not just locked? Unlocking the account after months of inactivity with the help of their support is reasonable, unlike a suspended account to be un-suspended.

In the end we get Chips.gg launching its signature campaign again. Promotions carried out on forum on an ongoing basis can help the visibility of this casino become better. I just remember that Chips.gg used to have a signature campaign too before with Hhampuz, but it was hold. Today they started it again.

I guess it's a reset on their part to have a signature campaign again after it was put on hold.

And it's good to see that they are trying to get back their reputation, like solving some issues after 3 long years. But as the saying goes, "everything's well that ends well".

Glad to hear that your case is solved eventually although you need to wait for more than 3 years to get your money.
Your patient and your effort are the key for this case and of course chips.gg also helpful enough eventually.
Dont lose it all quickly or maybe even better to withdraw it straight away and spend the money for other things because if I'm in your position then maybe I'll not play again in the site that give me such an experience.
Maybe a lesson learned for chips.gg, they need to serve their players better and faster in similar case because they may lose player if many users experience the same thing.

After 1225 days of waiting... They could solve this in a few hours. I had a similar problem in another casino, I mixed up the chains like you did but they fixed it very quickly. I am glad you got your money, even though you needed to wait so long.
Thank you, I'm just playing a little bit.

It's good for you to get processed, I don't blame them either for sticking in the term & conditions as long they follow their own. That's why, keep it for more than 4 years and the good things now is solved (both parties are happy).

265$ is mostly 1 month salary in my country, really grateful at least now they process my case with some help too from fellow member community. Thank you, and hopefully they're growing more better.

So are you planning to play with that money at Chips or will you withdraw that money to another casino? I can't remember the last time I played at Chips... I still get their promotional emails occasionally, but I don't find them attractive anymore.

Thanks, will try to do that.

However, based on my opinion it's clear break their own term & condition. If they want to hire or sponsorship some people who are from (US) they should follow their own terms & conditions. Cause sponsorship, leading to represent to the casino it's self. Terms & conditions it's being made for rules, etc and while they broke their own rules for what purpose they created those.

It's quite simple, If they want to hire someone from (US) they should created casino for (US) player only by following the legal law from US. Stake can do these, without broke their own rules. I might be created a thread on (Scam) section for more other opinion from fellow other forum member.

Basically, I want some response or statement from @chipsgg.

Sorry to say but I doubt you'll get a fast respond in this thread, as we can see ourselves that chips.gg rep is not that active here.
Last online was more than a month ago while last post was more than 2 months ago, but maybe they are still monitoring it here without login (hopefully).
Probably it is better to contact them privately although you have tried it before, maybe they may consider to review/revisit your case.
Coming to case of bossmanjack partnership deal, I have no idea what to talk because they may have exception for such partnership although it can be said as breaking their own terms.

Basically, I want some response or statement from @chipsgg.

You make a sponsor for (BossManjack) to play on your casino, and "BossManjack" live in (USA - Virginia). Meanwhile according to your term & condition:

By using the Website you confirm you are not a resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Doesn't mean CHIPS.GG just broke their own term & condition? since you can break your own rules perhaps do my case get some compensation?

1225 days ago, I sent my 265 BUSD mistakenly to (ETH Network) with hash transaction https://etherscan.io/tx/0x09cc4a5b54a3d2a9f1226635b23f4fca937e14d6e9d732faabca1e589e1ff956

While your CASINO has a different deposit address for any type ERC-20 Code Asset (mostly some casinos have same address). I contacting CHIPS.GG supported for at least the recovery of my funds (cause these fund can be recovery easily by changing the network), during my request I also suggested to them don't really mind to take some fee from the fund recovery but they said would not do this and always put me on terms & conditions.

I also contacted the owner Magalon a few years ago, and he also responded the same thing. In the end, I accept your response with your terms & conditions and moving on. Now since you just broke your own terms & conditions by sponsorship BossManjack who are living in USE-Virginia and your term & condition is restricted any USA player, I decided to bring back my case again.

Waiting for some response would be nice, thanks.

Edited: 08/09/2024.

My case solved, "CHIPS.GG" team just refunded my money 250$ into my CHIPS Account. Thanks!

Who knows that the small amount we collect from the vault will be something big in the next few years.
Yes maybe the party is over for now but maybe party will come later within the next few years Smiley

Kinda doubt it. Business wise, whats chips are doing is pretty good for their business sustainability. I mean lets be real though, awarding numerous of inactive account that staked their chips in the past and never comes back to play is really going to hurt their business model. Instead of rewarding all players that played in the past but gone inactive, might as well just spend all those funds to awards active players.

imo getting around $10 for not being active on average for most players are pretyy generous though

We understand that some customers may have concerns about the changes being implemented. To ensure the long-term success of our platform, we have decided to prioritize rewarding active, recurring customers who contribute to the growth and vitality of our community.

Or perhaps they're gone ~xd

If not wrong, they have done some (MT) with a really long time period based the discussion of some user. Don't know it's true or not, and just seeing based the low activity they're made on social media.

To bad they are really not active.

But still even we are inactive they still shared the reward. Luckily they are removing a system for (non-active) player are required to login otherwise the token will be unstacked. Now you don't need to worry the token are being unlocked due you are not active at all.
