Both are great projects. I believe QTUM is more of a celebrity team in the crypto world but Chronobank is also backed by real companies especially in Australia. Recently we can see the continuous dropping of ICO collections due to investors seeing their tokens/coins went down lower than the ICO regular value which isn't really that cool. Chronobank collected 6000 btc which is already large tbh but very small compared to past projects like Waves. Therefore I can't see QTUM reaching more collections compared to Chronobank.

yes Qtum looks no better than chronobank, project Qtum have a very long made but chronobank first completed and has entered the market very well, I think I first saw ICO Qtum very interesting and good, I almost got stuck in their investment and I think back not to invest preformance of their projects because there is the peculiarity of their projects.

A lot of the investards, they're a really dumb person(those investing on the shit project after all of the evidences were appearing to support the project is scam), with all of the real evidence by the good scambuster such as gleb. I really respect him.

Qtum project has been busted for their scam and look where are the devs now? Gone right? Just see their ANN to see the actual happanening right their and i think your righr with that they are just relying to their hig paying sig campaign so that they can make people think that their project is great among others and i believe chronobank is the best if people will compare those two new ICO coins at this moment.
