Qtum isn't heavily advertised, i can't see them doing adwords unlike what liqui did which their ads are displayed anywhere on the internet. Beside qtum is nothing compare to chronobank.

It's not that Im a biased here since I have a signature of Qtum but basically they really put some money in advertisement which other project didn't meaning they really have more funds on hand, not just more but really MORE, and can really make this project be handed seriously. And they aren't like other project that after creating ANN thread and signature campaign, they can't answer some of the questions by those troll and serious persons. They are active especially in their own chatgroup.
A troll one will say, "Qtum put big money in ads so that many will trust them and eventually they will run after acquiring more profits ad get back what's loss in their advertisement" , you know ICO investment is risky one and there are factors to considered before you entered this kind of investment. Even Chronobank, we all don't know what will happen as time passes by, same goes with other projects.
If you are really an ICO investment enthusiast you should know even at small percent all deals you wil encountered when you face a investment like this.

Eh, i will be correcting my previous word, depend on the past history like antshare and it looks like another failure.
Their current price is so silly to compare with the ico price. The Chinese dev is so terrible. neither one is good.
Absolutely qtum is better. I think its the biggest adverstisements so far in this forum and social media also. They are dedicated to make this successful because they spend huge amount to advertise it. But we'll see that when both ico ended.

They both offer good things, I trust both developers. You should support both coins, you don't need to choose one. If you have 1 BTC invest 0.50 BTC each. That way you won't be upset if one coin will fly and other one fail. I don't think any of it fail though, in the worst case scenario they'll be on the level of Zcash and Ethereum right now.

I chose ChoronaBank, The concept is pretty good for a lot of several altcoin are cooperating in this project one of his Emercoin be added in the near future will release market ChoronaBank Larborx although groundbreaking in both using smart contact etherum
i think both will have the same chance as both is still ico but we should take attention to read about their plan and the journey until now. chronobank launch the ico then qtum but i don't know what i should choose because i am not read all of their thread and i don't have any experience in any ico. but i think i will choose qtum, i think they have a good chance than chronobank.

Qtum will be much better because they have spent a lot of money in advertising and spread their name all over the Bitcoin world .They also have the largest signature campaign and I can ensure that most of the people here will be affected by the avatar and signature campaign. About Chronobank bank, they were very good but right now I do not see anything special about this project. Therefore, I think they have already finished the project although the ICO is still running
I will choose qtum rather than chronobank, qtum developers are much better than chronobank. qtum will be the next iconomi. at least their concept it's more sense for me.

I can't give right answer now because the ICO details of Qtum is not out when is out then I can analyse and pick one. My main issue with ChronoBank is the value of each token which stand at $9.20 presently, for this to give 2X return means Time token would cost $18.40, and one thing that people are always concern about is the face value of token more than the marketcap, a good example is Zcash.
