Yes, Chronobank is an ICO and it ended last Feb. 15. So far they've collected more than 5k+ BTC with 2k+ participants.

Qtum seems to be promising but if I were you, just look for both of this.

Qtum is seems comprehensive and quite ambitious project.

I will choose Qtum not because i wear Qtum Signature but the main reason is the price, is to risky buy altcoin with cronobank price i see many altcoin who run ICO can't survive, Qtum crowdsale not yet start but how much Qtum price will depend in how much fund will collected from ICO, and I see Qtum cofounder has prepare His project in long time.

It's not the marketing or the roadmap it's the implementation,I have seen ico coin that is only good in their promise but they ended up offering nothing at all,so we have to wait to see how this two ico coins fullfill their promise,they had a large marketing but some other ico coins also had huge marketing and ended up a shitcoin.

The 2 platforms cannot be compared. QTUM is the clear winner here for me. The future of the cryptosphere is all about smart contracts. That is where all the excitment is. I heard chronobank from facebook as I'm unexpected that they even advertise on social media although IMO many people especially my local people still not know what bitcoin is. But as chronobank really but an effort into massive advertising , it means that their project is promising !
I would prever choronobank as it is more known and already collected more coins than expected so it ll be a strong project imo.

It is a difficult choice. Especially ICO Qtum has not yet started. If you look at a team of experts and expertise in cryptography, then I choose Qtum. But at the moment I like the idea ChronoBank. Better to study white paper, and ask questions to developers. Qtum is really very strong project from technical point of view.
Choronobank is related to Labour market and hence is restricted to a particular market on the other hand Qtum is about business in general and hence has a bigger market.

I would choose ChronoBank, as first I chose to advertise them, but only because I know they can succeed. I do not know what is Qtum but it is far from having the team ChronoBank has.
