Chronobank solid company, qtum not even heard
Both has invested heavily into marketing and i am not sure about qtum but i dont understand about chronobank bank is that they are planning to build around the Ethereum blockchain and later on they will be porting to other blockchains like WAVES, NEM and so on but how much time will it consume for the project to be fully developed as some of the major projects announced and released earlier and still not completed.

Well both projects look promising but if I have to choose one,I would definitely go for Qtum as they already have raised million dollar, all their dev team includes well known figures and they have some very unique idea of combining etherium and bitcoin platform

Qtum isn't heavily advertised, i can't see them doing adwords unlike what liqui did which their ads are displayed anywhere on the internet. Beside qtum is nothing compare to chronobank.

Qtum will be more successful than Chronobank. Look at the team of Qtum. Some of them are seasoned pros at siphoning money from the community. Bo Shen and Vitalik is also involved in the project so I trust them to make my investment 10x the ICO price. Chronobank has an unknown and an unproven team. I do not know if they can give us 10x returns on our investment after ICO.

10X? I doubt that, no doubt QTUM will raise more than 10k BTC, but if it is overfunded like waves raised 30k btc, qtum won't give you 10X profit, but you may lose money. Waves is a good example of ICO investment. Vitalik and jl777 were both involved with Waves, but they can't help the price pump.

I really do not know what criteria to use to separate the two but both have had a good share of hype and raised good amounts of funds for project  but I would side with Chronobank because of its catchy name.

Qtum will be much better because they have spent a lot of money in advertising and spread their name all over the Bitcoin world .They also have the largest signature campaign and I can ensure that most of the people here will be affected by the avatar and signature campaign. About Chronobank bank, they were very good but right now I do not see anything special about this project. Therefore, I think they have already finished the project although the ICO is still running
Chrono not ads only in here. I'm not see Qtum advertising in Google ads, I sure Chrono advertising bigger than Qtum. Qtum just advertise on this forum and twitter. Current chrono has reached about 3.000 btc and I'm sure it won't get Qtum. And I see the payment rate decreased: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17702015

It looks like Qtum started thinking the savings and efficiency.
Look at this,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1702409.580;topicseen

It is becoming the real evidence. a lot of his money have wasted on his signature campaign.

That is so far the best comment I read. I don't think that ChronoBank is bad or you will lose money by investing in their project, but Qtum seems to have incredible potential.
Starting with heavy marketing and advertising and ending on known people behind the coin.
It is my speculation, but every dollar invested in ChronoBank will give you 2-3 in return, and dollar invested in Qtum will give you tenfold that or even more.
Heavy marketing indeed just what i saw only on their signature campaign they are almost spending 6-7 btc a week for their participants which do really have big weekly payouts which means they do really have the money to put on this project and comparing on chronobank i could say that Qtum does have more popularity as of now.

Now I know why comparison can be interesting. The differing stage of the projects make it hard for me to put them to contest. Qtum just came out of no where massive and erupting. I know everyone want to work with them and we are just waiting for a better understanding of the project.

IMO there are both overvalued projects, CB raised 3000 BTC but it is worth 500 BTC, QTUM has quite good hype nowadays, but its technology is not the best like Ethereum. I wonder QUTUM may raise over 10k btc.

what is chronobank worth 500 bitcoin
or you mean target minimum ico selling chronobank 500 bitcoin, but this now reach to 3000 bitcoin
and what do you mean about qtum hype

When I read about Qtum, I get the impression that the project seeks to do the same thing Ethereum wants to do when switching to PoS. If I am wrong, please correct me...
You are right. We can't compare Qtum and Chrono if already available in the the exchanger, as long as there has been no in the exchanger, we will only be debating alone. We have to be realistic and think smart, for me, currently invest about 0.55 btc at chronobank, but I've set up around 0.85 btc for Qtum ICO 1st March later. So let us make a profit with the ICO either from Chrono or Qtum.

ChronoBank vs. Qtum

2 altcoins it looks heavily in marketing, they advertise in various media, and in the near future day these will available in exchanger. Which would you choose? And why?

Chronobank has received really good amount in their ICO and as far as I know there is still few weeks left until the ICO ends.

But QTUM is still in the beginning but from what I saw is that in QTUM the team behind them and their bakers are very known for the public, they are founders, co-founders of many successful projects and I think QTUM will worth investing just need to wait a little bit.

yes. its the platform era. they just discover platforms are profitable as hell and they wanted to take everything from investors. too late for them though because someone else had figured it out long before them. there are alot of them already and the rest are clones from lisk, rise, ark, waves and one thats going to be difficult to compete is eth.
good point its really hard to know now whether both project will success it will be the trades will determine which project will excel after the launched and who will be competitive in front of a traders mind, very long journey for both coins and i like seeing them excel with those previous big project that was been release as you mention it mate.

What do you mean worth 500 btc?
Qtum is a platform, itwill be competing to the rest of the platforms that has started to already populate I themselves with assets imaginable to be tokenized like waves and eth platform. It will take more than years for qtum.
