I feel bad for those ICO joiners with Chronobank and the price seems to be being dump by a lot of investors and well for sure it will be continuous.
And with Qtum I still don't have an idea if those people that telling it is a scam is for real and upon checking their ANN thread.

if I had to choose for these two projects, I prefer to choose chronobank of Qtum, because Qtum clearly visible yet the news that the first time I have seen so far, unlike the case with chronobank they are clear and have been proven to exist for the exchange chronobank in mercatox for now,
