Update: Finally I managed to get about 5% speedup for this miner for almost all cards, I will release new version in about a week. Linux version too.

You were told correctly: read first post or Readme file. You will find these lines:

....
This miner is free-to-use, however, current developer fee is 2% if you use secure SSL/TLS connection to mining pool, miner mines 49 rounds for you and 1 round for developer.
If you use unsecure connection to mining pool, current developer fee is 2.5%, miner mines 39 rounds for you and 1 round for developer.
If you don't agree with the dev fee - don't use this miner, or use "-nofee" option.
....

Please spend some time to translate and understand this info.

Okay, but it is not in the license, but in "history.txt" is the suggestion to insert in the file license.txt a clause informing this, because few when they lower the program read only the license (when they read).

in history reports the following "- reduced devfee, it's 2% now if you use secure SSL / TLS connection, currently miningpoolhub pool supports encrypted connections, see Readme for samples."

as you have been quoted only in the file available for download Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.7 Beta - POOL.rar does not have readme file neither in the root nor in the folder "Remote manager"

I do not distribute any .RAR files, so you downloaded miner from some other place, that's why it does not contain Readme file. It may also contain some other bad things then.
What prevents you from going to the first message of this thread and downloading the miner directly from the links I placed there?

How about you read the very first post of this thread from start to finish.
sorry but I did not understand your answer to my post because I do not understand english very well, I'm using google translator.
What I wanted to inform is that claymore it mines also for email [email protected] as well as for my email configured in the command line .bat of it.
This is as if it were a "box 2" without the knowledge of the person who uses the claymore because in .txt nor one that comes with the miner is quoted (I have already searched) so I would like to know where they mention that the person to use claymore also helps developers mining them by email ([email protected])
understood? because if they do not quote it is done occultly, if it is done occult it is done under malice, in which case it would be better if the person chooses to donate or not an x value for claymore

Hi all,

for some reason since last night my Monero rig (using Claymore on Windows 10) stopped reporting both the cards temperature (6 X RX 580) and the individual hashrates.
It still mine according to the pool and the miner's total hashrate.

There was no updates or other any other change whatsoever.

Guys Need Help:

I have a mining setup of six GTX 1060 6GB oc,

Presently I am mining ETH using Claymore miner, I want to switch to Monero mining, I tried downloading Claymore Cryptonotr GPU miner V9.7 but after multiple tries the .zip file showed error in extracting, I tried downloading Tsvi miner also but it was not working.

Help me with a like to download latest claymore miner for XMR, I want to use asia servers.

most of the videos on youtube are 3-4 months old, and the forums are of 2014..

Awesome Miner also has the latest version of Claymore's Cryptonight.  I've been using Awesome Miner for quite a while now and it works well.  Especially, the new (latest) version of Awesome Miner.  I've mined XMR with my R9 380's, R9 390's and Rx 480's with now issues.  However, I was unable to mine XMR with my NVIDIA 1080 ti rigs using Cryptonight.  Currently mining ETH with my 1080 ti's.

If this wasn't any help for you, maybe it will be for others.

Check out the new upgrades for Awesome Miner @ http://www.awesomeminer.com

Personal claymore hello, I've been noticing in log the following line:

Code:
15:18:53:904	19e8	card 0, m1 4096, m2 3840 w 112
15:18:53:905 19e8 0 m = 2
15:18:53:906 19e8 GPU #0: HashCnt = 448
15:18:53:907 19e8 POOL version
15:18:53:908 19e8 b155
15:18:55:907 19e8 GPU #0: -a 4 mode selected
15:19:08:612 19e8 1 pool specified.
15:19:08:613 19e8 Remote management (READ-ONLY MODE) is enabled on port 3333
15:19:08:682 363c DevFee: Stratum - connecting to 'xmr.pool.minergate.com' <136.243.94.27> port 45560 (unsecure)
15:19:08:896 363c send: {"method": "login", "params": {"login": "[email protected]", "pass": "x", "agent": "xmr/1.0"}, "id": 1}

I would like to know the origin of it, if it is some kind of donation that you insert in the code of the program, because I did not read anything in the files of included texts on such method (nothing against, but at least some notification in respect) being that I noticed a high index of mining in this email in question and only later in my account. I also read that users had noticed the same email and there was simply no response.

I would just like a satisfaction, if it is a line inserted without the knowledge of you ("[email protected]") I request a recompilation of claymore clean of this line because this is hindering the mining not only mine but of many that use the software

How about you read the very first post of this thread from start to finish.

Whenever I go to mine a new coin with cryptonight algo, I use this miner. The RX 480 8GB reaches 680 H. Gpu core  underclocked 1077 Mhz and the memory overclocked at 2200 Mhz. Driver ver.17.2.1. Consumption of the whole PC (4x RX480, i7 920) is 630W. I tried other programs but this proved to me. I agree with the Dev fee in the software because I think we need to support the creator of  CryptoNight GPU Miner. Claymore good work.

Hello. I'm trying to use in conjunction APU AMD 7660D (selectable, built-in CPU A10-5800K 2G) and 2G 7850HD GPU. The miner produces an error and does not work (allocate at least 16GB of virtual memory), but I had 16 or even 32GB of memory, the error still remains. Individually each works fine. Is there a difference in where to allocate virtual memory on the hard disk with the operating system or the other? Huh

10x! But i'm a semi-noob in Linux )) My way is VirtualBox for linux, install Windows in it and run Claymore's GPU CryptoNight for Windows ))

or continue to mine something that has been mined before
You can't get dedicated gpu inside virtualbox, at least not without a lot of trouble.

Isn't the linux version ancient? You're probably much better off with xmr-stark
The problem is that I need AMD GPU miner for Linux, not CPU...
