I tried all mods for 270x(Elpida) and -a4 works best so far. -h is 512 by default, i did not change it.

WOW . This new Claymore blows away russian miner. On clay 9.0 1080/1250 270x 444hs -a4, same settings on russian miner -m 2 404hs. Can't wait to try 280x

"-a 1" is faster for 270/270X than "-a 4". For 290X/290/280X/270X/270 you can leave default parameters, i.e. do not specify "-a" and "-h", miner will apply best settings automatically.

For other cards, guide how to get maximal speed:

1. Try "-a 1", "-a 3", "-a 4" and select best mode, press "m" key to see immediate hashrate.
2. Remember "HashCnt" value when miner starts, then specify "-h" parameter with this value, remember hashrate and change "-h" parameter step by step by 32 in both directions (less and more). Select best value based on immediate hashrate.

any news for linux multi-gpu fixes?

1. Multi-GPU: I tested miner on Ubuntu and Cent, on a system with 3 GPUs and I cannot duplicate this issue. So it must be something related to Catalyst version, or to Linux version that you use.
2. "Input OpenCL binary is not for the target!" error is not related to memory allocation error. It means that Catalyst cannot compile kernels, I can duplicate this issue only if I try to start miner for Catalyst 13.12 on the system with Catalyst 14.x or vice versa.

thanks for the response,
I will search for solution then

The other thing that is bugging me, that in the both archives uploaded, have identical sizes, and both give me the warning "Catalyst 13.12 is REQUIRED for best performance and compatibility", although the files in the archives are different.

I use driver 14.4, set swap to 20GB, system memory is 2GB, 6 x 7950 cards. Operating system is Ubunty Server 14.04 LTS. Tried both versions, 13.12 and 14.6, both are giving me the error above.

+1 does not work on multi gpu, i have 16GB of RAM, 4GB of swap space, 2 GPU 280x, Linux 64

the symptom is it work if i use -di for single gpu, for multi it seems the miner keep allocating on wrong gpu index, i notice that if i run miner on single gpu, then run another instance to use second gpu only, miner says gpu free memory is down to 900MB, yes it should down from 3GB to 0.9GB for first gpu, but not for second gpu, so when the second instance want to allocate memory for second gpu, somehow it allocate to wrong gpu that is currently used hence the memory allocation failure

any news for linux multi-gpu fixes?

About 690 h/s on stock 290  (Elpida memory).
About 550 h/s on stock 280X (Hynix memory).
About 440 h/s on stock 270X (Elpida memory).
About 410 h/s on stock 270  (Elpida memory).
- Reduced dev fee, now it is 2.5%.
- Improved "-li" option, Windows freezes even less.
- Best "-a" and "-h" values are set automatically for 290X,290,280X,270X,270,6950_2GB cards.

I guess with these CN prices Claymore is the only one having profit.

I think so. It is not profitable to mine.

Sorry for OT:

Please consider spreading your hashes around on more pools. That 50% situation on moneropool.com is NOT healthy, even more so as long as the validity of BCX' attack isn't clear.

You can find more pools in the original XMR anncouncement.

I will release new version with further speedup and reduced dev fee in 2-3 days. I will also release version for Linux, but a bit later.

That is great.
