Hello, I'm new to ether mining and I have 2 msi rx470gb cards and they hash but for some reason I cannot see the temp of the second gpu in claymore I see this
ETH - Total Speed: 41.433 Mh/s, Total Shares: 102, Rejected: 0, Time: 03:10
ETH: GPU0 20.715 Mh/s, GPU1 20.717 Mh/s
GPU0 t=67C fan=39%
How do I get the second gpu to show the temp windows 10 and crossfire setting is turned off am I missing something in the config file? any ideas thanks. oh and I'm using whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-16.9.1-sep13.exe for gpu drives

I have same problem with 380 2GB model

DAG file size for ETH has grown to the point that most 2GB cards CAN'T LOAD THE DAG FILE - which means they can't mine ETH any longer.

Try pointing them at ETC instead, or look for coins that use a different algorythm.

I am only having a problem with Claymore's miner. I can mine with sgminer-gm and qt-miner using my R9 270s (2gb).

I have the R9 380 4 GB card, it works with the older Claymore version, but also cannot run dula miner, ETH+Decred, bu I still would like to run the v7.4

The real difference is the memory speed - most (all?) of the 8GB cards use 8000 Mhz RAM, all of the 4GB cards use 6600 or 7000 Mhz.

ETH is very strongly memory limited, so hashrates tend to be very close to directly proportional to memory speed if all else is equal (BIOS mods can make things somewhat unequal).

make sure your computer and cards are running stock (no overclock, no undervolt, no modded stuff). have current chipset drivers for motherboard. update OS. set 16 gigs virtual memory

what power supply do you have? what other specs? like video card driver version, ram, mobo etc
