Slightly off topic from claymore, but how I run gominer on linux without the -q command and connect to nano pool? I used the /miner/header syntax and I'm getting work, but I don't see the miner on the site. Maybe I the & before worker is being escaped... Need quotes. I'm away for the next couple of hrs.

After much testing if you have any Tahiti based cards like 7950/7970/280x , you should just mine SIA directly. You will make almost double over ETH.
Thx for the tip. I can confirm double speed solo mining SIA (switched to GoMiner for the 280x)

After much testing if you have any Tahiti based cards like 7950/7970/280x , you should just mine SIA directly. You will make almost double over ETH.
Pitcairn or Hawaii based cards like 270x,370,290 and the results aren't as good.
However it uses about 25% more power to mine SIA than ETH.

How to match the GPU order in speed stats and the one in temperature stats? I know the "-di" option, but how to distinct the right GPU order to put there? Any algorithm step by step?

Something strange with -ttdcr. I've got a rig with 6 R9 390
The command line is:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -ttdcr 85 -tt 1
This is the stats output from the miner:
As we can see, GPU4 and GPU5 have the temperature above 85C. As we can see only one card has the dcri coef lower than 100% (actually, 85%). It's strange already, I pressed "S" button many times after this screenshot taken and met this situation hardly ever. But I see for a long time that GPU4 temp is 86C but dcri coef is still 85%. Not 75%. Not 50%. It's strange for me. I'm pretty sure that I saw even 0% on another rig. I thought it would decrease the intensity until the card reached the target temperature. But it didn't.

@Claymore: please add a kind of trim() when processing pools.txt. If the pool line for Sia (at least) ends with email (at least) and a space char after it (...&email=user@domain[SPACE][NEWLINE]), nanopool (at least) gives connection error. Removing this space resolves the problem. It may be called 'feature', but I think that in URL request strings it is better to do whitespace trimming on both ends of string because the error message is not obvious for users and trailing spaces may be left unnoticed by many text editors.

Hi, I am seeking advice on how to mine through Ethereum Claymore's dual-GPU AMD Decred_Siacoin Miner v5.0 Beta or gominer mine only solo SIA coins.

No eth+sia.
The answer is above and many times answered: Claymore's miner is the ETHEREUM miner with extra bonus. You cannot use it to mine bonus coins without Ethereum. That's by design....

you can mine SC solo with go miner, you have to install sia-ui and sync all blocks first.

guys i can not succeed sia solo mine on dual mode.
if sia-ui runs miner can not create one of dag file for any gpu.. i guess out of memory (4gb on rig)
and i can not succeed sia-ui accepts remote connection. tried to run sia-ui on my another computer and point sia host to this pc on dual miner, but host not accept that connection
anyone succeed sia solo mining with multiple rigs?

as i calculated from reviews i can get 300Mh/s for sia on 380 so 3*380 can get 900Mh/s which is about 1200 sia/day (about 82cent/day)

Calculation is right. However, note that on actual nanopool site, the hashrate varies, more on lower version. I have mixed cards for my 2 rigs like r9 290, r9 280, hd 7970 & hd 7950. The website also do not display yet each card's hashrate.
Anyways, as for profitability, I can say SC is more profitable for now than DCR.
I am mining SC for 1 day, & decided to continue on until the next block adjustment, & will re-evaluate whether still worth it by then.
