Another vote up for 17.10.3 driver.
I did windows 10 reinstall with new driver, compute option on.
Clocks up and I am getting stable +2MH per card dual mining with 850mv
Stable overnight, which never happened before with blockchain drivers. It feels like a miracle after spending many hrs trying to stabilize RX 580 Nitro+ with blockchain drivers.

Hello. Im using claymore for nvidia and amd cards at the same moment. Both mine in dual (SC and DCR). What should i write in Dpools.txt file for separate mining? Because whenever nvidia lose eu SC pool server it goes further and use DCR pools instead. I tried to add -dcoin SC in the end near SC pools but it didn't help. Any ideas?
Create 2 folders - CM-AMD and CM-nVidia, copy the Claymore miner into each.CM-AMD:
configure dpools for DCR mining, write a .bat for ETH+DCR;
CM-nVidia:
configure dpools for SC mining, write a .bat for ETH+SC;
Make a global .bat, that will open both instances simultaneously.

Flashed bios, ddu in safe mode, tried both blockchain drivers and new ones (set to compute if I use those)
Can only seem to overclock/undervolt in wattman, and if I use latest drivers, can't change mem voltage.
I would ideally like to be able to use things like mvddc command in claymore, but whether I put it in config or start.bat, clock settings only work if applied in wattman.
Help very urgently needed.

if its polaris- try running stock memory clock and 1080mhz core with volts around 900
Edit: if doesnt help do ddu and reinstall drivers.

I have a problem. I have R9 270 and want to mine expanse on dwarf. So in UBIQ pools i have 75-79 M/hash. But on dwarf i have only 66 M/hash. On site is written - stratum. What i must enable on config in claymor to get better rusults?

Your hashrate is at ~50% of your's equipment normal performance. I thought that mining intensity was set wrong (ethi and dcri). After runing a short test, I found that GTX1060 are not very sensible to dcri level (at least DCR). Cranking DCR intensity from 40 to 130, the DCR hashrate increased 190% and ETH hashrate decreased 10%. Such dcri level, to halven the ETH hashrate, should be within 200-300 range, that is either stupid or unsupported by Claymore miner.Better define explicitly your ethi and dcri, say 16/40, 16/50.
Check your BIOS settings - enable Above 4G decoding/TOLUD (works only in UEFI-enabled systems) and PCI-E speed - switch it to Gen1 or Gen2.

Assuming all mobo settings are correct, no issue with hardware and you have properly done bios mods, I think the only missing in the equation is AMD's latest 17.10.3.
I can personally vouch for this driver as this fixed my OpenCL issues (totally different topic). It's worth a try considering you probably have done lots of troubleshooting already.
Also, consider updating to Win10 Fall Creator's Update if you're already in the brink of reinstalling your Windows just like me. Who knows if that would magically fix your issues like what happened to me.

Did you use crimson 17.10.2 ?
Did you change the graphic to compute with AMD driver ?
Did you modded the bios with trap 1500 ?
Did you install ATIDAG fix?
Look for BBT videos of setting Asus z270 to see if you miss any step of bios setting
If Rx 580 hashing around 23mg/h, look like it's at original state without, It should get around 25.3 with bios modded (not using AB yet) I'm just listing some possible steps of setting for my2cent
I got rx 580 4 GB with -40 power limit and -100 mv voltage for hashing around 27.8 mg/h and I see that even power limit set, amd cards still pull more power

not sure if it is pure coincidence but since switching pools from eu1.ethermine.org 4444, to eu2.ethermine.org 14444, my MH difference is now almost the same as it was.
It is because block times are so short that you are working on already solved blocks and reporting stale shares because Ethermine is so overloaded. Find a higher difficulty less congested pool and you'll gain back that 3-15% stale hashrate loss.
which pool would you recommend for this? As many of us mine on ethermine.
