Hi folks, long time listener, first time caller.

Have a 5 card rig (win10, rx470 4gb) that's been running fine for months. Suddenly dropped out, and now Claymore exits because 'no amd cards in list'. Cards are present and correct in Win10 device manager, no errors.

Tried older drivers, tried newer drivers. Removed win10 updates. Tried new OpenCL package. Any ideas anyone? Is there a way to force the OpenCL list to update? Much appreciated in advance!

I actually had the same problem. If you have not solved this, what worked for me was downloading DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and uninstalling the gpu drivers with that software, then re-installing the drivers. Worth testing atleast if you have not already.

Uninstall any and all AMD driver packages in control panel apps, go into device manager and "show hidden" from the dropdown menus, now uninstall all the video cards until the list is empty.

Reboot.

Let windows sit while connected to the net for 30 mins.

Reboot.

Now go run claymore and start mining.

edit:

If you've still got issues after that try installing AMD APP SDK.

edit 2:

If you've got internal video it must be disabled in the device manger and bios if possible.

edit 3:

If you modded your bios then it's mircosloth and driver signature verification sticking their penis your asshole, pixel patcher or some junk fixes that.

anyone here with an rx 560 miner?
curious how it performs in claymore?
might make one since 570s or 80s are really hard to get

you can try 1060 /1070. i'm planning add a 1060 rig

yea doin some research. i originally wanted 1060s but found finally what this dag means. im afraid 3gb memory wont cut it anymore
and the 6gb version isnt worth it for the price. 1070s are good but too damn expensive

now i have one sapphire nitro+ radeon rx 570 8gb oc . i have bought that 7 days ago. now its out of market. so instead i have to buy sapphire nitro+ radeon rx 580 8gb oc. so my question is this that can i setup a rig with 5 sapphire nitro+ radeon rx 580 8gb oc and 1 sapphire nitro+ radeon rx 570 8gb oc without any problem ?? does this two cards supports crossfire technology ?

Can't seem to find api.txt - anyone knows if documentation for Claymore API can be found anywhere?

Download v9.5 for Windows, unpack it and check "Remote manager" folder.

hey guys got 1 question i have 2 gtx 1070 and clocked the memory to 4300hmz in games it runs at 4300mhz but with the miner it only runs at 4100hmz same thing with other miners why is that? if i leave it to defult<4000mhz> then it runs at 3800mhz useing Msi afterburner
Try to use manufacturer's firmware to overclock your cadrs. Im using Asus Dual 1070 and it runing 9200 mhz mem with 30mh/s via Asus GPU Tweak II. The card shouldnt lower the clock while using the miner.

My 1080 Ti got fucked today while mining ETH. I was testing out -ethi 1 to see if I could mine in the *background* while continuing to use my computer for light activities. Everything seemed unusually fine, then suddenly my screen started artifacting, flashed a couple times, and went black. I figured it was just an unstable overclock (even though my +500 mem offset worked fine before), so I went ahead and restarted my computer... Nope.

Long story short, I spent a few hours troubleshooting. I did everything I could think of to isolate the actual issue. Reset CMOS, different PCI slots, DDU'd drivers, booted with with iGPU, set motherboard to PCI graphics, tested mobo with a 570 from my rig, I even switched PSU cables and plugged them into different 8-pin slots. I reinstalled windows to rule out any software issue. I gave up and had EVGA issue me an RMA. I packed the card and it'll be on its way to California on Monday.

Not saying Claymore 9.5 is the causation of my issue. Maybe it's just a coincidence my card decided to give out at that particular time. I have a 1080 Ti FE with a Hybrid kit installed. My OC offsets were (if I can recall correctly):

85% power
100+ core
500+ mem
No voltage adjustments

Anyways, here are some PCB shots I took if anyone wants to identify a blown diode or whatever: http://imgur.com/a/oxm9c

sad story

my 1060 can 600+ mem working 24/7

Switched from ethminer to claymore, but not convinced it's actually working. I'm solo mining against a parity node. While EthMan reports expected MHs rates totaling 240 across multiple miners, I'm seeing these messages across all miners:

ETH:: No new jobs were received for 15 mins - something wrong with the pool, disconnect.

Hashrate shown in Parity-UI is erratic going up and down between ~80MH/s and 197MH/s.

How do I confirm that I'm actually mining and not just spinning GPUs?

Here's a sample log output. DevFee mining is clearly working and I've seen it find shares:

When I'm using claymore with argument to overclocking and undervolting, it only applies to the first GPU, all the other GPUs are at default BIOS settings.

Anyone have seen this before?

anyone here with an rx 560 miner?
curious how it performs in claymore?
might make one since 570s or 80s are really hard to get

got one today from bestbuy (XFX RX 560 4GB) - 11mh/s and it runs hot 80C ... i havent messed with a bios editor for it yet as it is not a recognized card... i tried to do dual mining with it - dcr was like 180 mh/s

anyone here using 1070s and 1060s to mine eth? finding amd cards are almost impossible

my 1070s are mining at around 30mh/s
some sites are saying 1060s can mine at around 21mh/s so dual 1060 will be a better buy than a single 1070 right?
