Never heard anything about this or never believe this given that there's no proof about it. 300 is a big number and this can easily show up in media given how massive that number of complains but haven't seen any of those. Care to show some proofs or some valid links? I also can't trust you given how bad your trust score is and most of the complains of your account is by doing false accusation like this one. The trust rating is inclined with your doings so yeah I don't think your comment will be valid to anyone here also about the casino.

Most of user get surprised when their account restricted due to that reason are definitely not reading any rules which is clear written on their TOS. Then after than they blame the casino for what issue they faced so to avoid this much really better to read the rules first or if you are not sure about the words written better ask the support since from that they can get a good answer for the question they want to ask.
Indeed, most gamblers don't want to read the rules stated in the TOS and they only register and deposit and then can immediately play or bet.

They are limiting an account based on his winning percentage and as per suggestion by bookmaker for the casino profitability. He might be betting only on surebets which makes his account high winning rate that result to his account restrictions. After losing for 2/3 months, i finally have a decent sum to withdraw, and Cloudbet wants 6 months to review my bets. So my account is closed for now when they have ~1100USDT balance from me.

This is very unusual, when I read your post I thought you meant cloudbet will take a look at your betting history during the previous six months and take a decision about your account, but it seems the support is actually going to take six months to give a verdict about your case, an amount of time which is simply too long.

I could get if they took a few weeks to solve a difficult case, but six months is simply too long as unless the amount you want to withdraw is quite high many people will just forget about it and assume they will never receive that money.

Cloudbet is on the market more than 10 years. It has a lot of users. May be that is why support works so slow. But 6 month to make decision is too long term.

the case experienced by @bachezy has often occurred in other casinos. but I agree with you, 6 months is a long time to withdraw funds that are not too big.
in every case the same as this that happened to other casinos usually with complaints of withdrawing funds above $ 15k and taking a long time at least 6 months even almost 1 year.
Cloudbet has been around for a long time and always solves problem after problem slowly and maintains the reputation of this platform by solving problems very carefully. maybe for @bachezy please be patient waiting for the decision from the Cloudbet investigation team.
