@len01 people are yet uncomfortable with KYC as they don’t wish to reveal their true identity. Also one other reason I have seen here was where they feel that their information could be sold to third parties, hence they continue to object but in my opinion legit casinos have proper mechanism to handle such sensitive information hence we can trust them.

Now the regulation is being tightened and the passing of KYC is mandatory in almost all exchanges, even decentralized and casinos. If a person has honestly passed KYC, then he will not cheat and will play honestly. Another thing is that the casino must ensure that all KYC players pass honestly, and do not buy accounts with passed KYC.

Most of user get surprised when their account restricted due to that reason are definitely not reading any rules which is clear written on their TOS. Then after than they blame the casino for what issue they faced so to avoid this much really better to read the rules first or if you are not sure about the words written better ask the support since from that they can get a good answer for the question they want to ask.

I think that many people do not have any problems with casino because Cloudbet is working nearly 10 years. When people do not have problems with casino they do not wright a about this but when they have problems they post such information on all the forums.
