Moreover, when accessing Cloudbet's website from an Australian IP address, their homepage boldly declared, "The best Bitcoin sports betting site in Australia." Once again, I have gathered concrete evidence to support this claim.

Regrettably, these marketing tactics successfully lured me into activating an account with Cloudbet. Over the course of my account's existence, I made deposits exceeding $40,000. During this period, it became increasingly evident that my vulnerability to problem gambling was exploited rather than addressed.

Eventually, I encountered a disconcerting situation where I could no longer access Cloudbet's website, as it displayed a government notice stating that they were "banned." Upon conducting further research, it became apparent that the Australian Government and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) had formally banned Cloudbet and conveyed this decision in July 2022. This action occurred two months prior to the distribution of the misleading marketing material and my account activation. I am prepared to provide documented proof of the public notice and correspondence between the Australian government, Cloudbet, and Curacao Egaming regarding this matter.

I am deeply troubled by these circumstances, as I feel I have been deceived, misled, and deliberately targeted by Cloudbet. Had Cloudbet genuinely held an Australian license, as they professed, I would not have been able to create an account in my excluded state.

Upon contacting Cloudbet's support and raising my concerns, they consistently maintained that my understanding was incorrect and asserted that they were legally operating under full licensure within Australia's jurisdiction. This, I firmly believe, is a manifest falsehood.

Cloudbet's own licensing requirements explicitly dictate that operators must have a thorough understanding of the laws governing the jurisdictions in which they offer games of chance. Furthermore, their terms and conditions, which I reviewed carefully, unambiguously state that they do not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions that prohibit online sports betting, gambling, gaming, and games of skill, particularly when involving cryptocurrency.

“7.1.1. Before you are able to start playing on the Website, we will require you to first register with us.


7.1.2. We do not accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit you from participating in online sports betting, gambling, gaming, and/or games of skill, for and/or with Cryptocurrency.“

The issue transcends my personal experience; it raises a significant concern regarding Cloudbet's actions and the broader implications of their conduct. By allowing individuals from banned jurisdictions to register, Cloudbet potentially manipulates the situation to its advantage, misleading players with marketing materials while retaining the ability to deny payouts should a player win significantly.
There are plenty of examples I can provide where Cloudbet refused to pay users from banned jurisdictions and rather than paying out winnings, decided to void all bets and refund deposits. Cloudbet should remain consistent and do that for the losers too.

from what I could see in your thread in total you had to withdraw 35000 USDT, and they already allowed you to successfully withdraw 20,000 USDT, so there are still 15000 USDT left for you to withdraw, something interesting is that you managed to make all these withdrawals without I need to go through KYC, but the question I can't understand is why do you have to withdraw the money in parts instead of withdrawing it all at once? Most of the case same like yours usually resolved without the Cloudbet response here in the forum. All of them just patiently wait for the Cloudbet response from live support and email for the result. No one can help you here in the forum since Cloudbet is not active here

The only time we can help you is if Cloudbet denied your withdrawal without any reasonable explanation. Just keep asking them for an update to your case. Your story of very lucky on slot games is always the one that ends up with investigation and take long time to resolved.

You can drop your transaction ID of your deposit so that we can check on blockchain explorer if your deposit received enough confirmation to be credit on the casino. Bitcoin network experience a very busy network in past few days. There’s a chance that you use a very low fee that makes it pending for a long time. Cloudbet usually credit balance once it received a few confirmation on blockchain.

Also as @Tusandii said. Cloudbet is not active anymore here. Asking their support is the most effective way to solve your issue.

Cloudbet took 6 months to verify that you are using multiple accounts there! The whole process took 12 months, where you are responsible for the 6 months delay. Whatever, it is quite funny that they have taken 6 months to find it out why they suspended your account. This is the first time I'm seeing a casino to take 6 months for finding the ban reason. Can you post some evidence (screenshot of the email messages by obscuring sensitive information) of your claim?

Only the support team of Cloudbet can solve the issues. A reputable forum member (old campaign manager of Cloudbet) had confirmed it a few weeks ago.

If someone wants their case to be resolved, there are no other options but to contact the Cloudbet support service.  Tongue

But Cloudbet support team has closed your account by suspecting you as a multiple account user. In that case, you have to submit a complaint on mediator (E.g. Askgamblers) to get some help.

Can someone help me with Cloudbet, any managers etc in here?

Last year Cloudbet suspended my account without any reason, they told me they need to make KYC (even though they want customers to believe they are anonymous bookie) - what was strange they told me all details are sent to my google mail. And here the 'fun' starts:

1)I've lost google password so asked them to send me details to 2nd mail, they denied!!! and kept account frozen/suspended.

2) Took me 6 months to restore password as I had around 0,1 BTC I didnt want to give up. Finally I've restored Gmail, mail from cloudbet was there. All KYC documents were sent as asked, then Cloudbet replied that my account is frozen for.... 6 months saying "Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 6 months"

3) I have replied that it's already been frozen for 6months but again no reply from their side.

4) Have waited another 6months, which finished last month. I've sent them mail once again and here's their another reply: "Your query will need to be confirmed by the relevant team as this falls in their line of expertise and they'll be able to assist as best as possible. Once they've replied, which should be momentarily, you can rest assured that you'll be notified via email straight away"

5) Another 10 days passed without information, so I replied once more and then: "I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, however, after a review from our sports department, we have come to the conclusion that your account must be permanently suspended due to a violation of our rules regarding multiple accounts.

7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen."

All above took them 12months as they believed I wouldn't reply or sth. I have wrote back for any proofs of breaking their rules, explaining that with VPN - IP is more that sure to be xxx times used by different users. Of course no specific reply again from Cloudbet.

They not only stole my winning BTC, but also my deposits. Which is just a stealing customers money.

Any managers/admins of Cloudbet in here to help???
