great to hear that you got your money back
lately i have been using nitrogensports for my betting and i got my withdrawals withinh few hours always, maybe you could check them out if you ever want to do some sportsbetting with btc again

I want to confirm that my account was unlocked and that I withdrawed my funds. If anyone thinks that I should express my grattitude to Cloudbet than he is dead wrong. Cloudbet locked my account without any reason whatsoever and kept my funds for more than a month without any explanation. That coused me a lot, in the terms of time, money and nerves.

In the final email they sent to me, they didn't offer one word of explanation. I find this highly unprofesional. I would never deposit a single peeny on Cloudbet again, and I will never recomend this bookie to anyone.

I think that if I didn't make all this noise on this forum, I would have never get my money back. I want to thanks all the forum members that support me on this matter. Solidarity with other players on such issues is very important.

That is excellent news regarding the issue teteczv was facing. At least that allows him to withdraw the funds though as a customer he probably will never use Cloudbet again.

@teteczv - I have been pushing for some resolution on the issues around your account, and I think I've been able to reach a compromise that hopefully will be satisfactory for the time being - your account has been unlocked while the investigation is ongoing, which will at least enable you to withdraw your funds or continue betting should you wish to.

Please be aware that unfortunately your account will still subject to certain restrictions.

LTU_btc - I’ve just had a look at the leagues you mentioned and can see some special lines missing, but most of the games are up there from what I can tell. It's not just over the weekend. I have this problem for more than week. I'm mainly missing European basketball leagues lines. For example, check Eurocup or Basketball Champions league. There are plenty of games will be played tomorrow but I can bet only on few games. Also, I'm missing plenty of smaller fotball leagues lines, one guy on this thread mentioned that only few tennis matches are available.
I don't think there is a issue with my account, but seems that something is still wrong with your odds provider.

My account is frozen more than a month. It is almost funny that they are investigating for more than a month. And in the mean time they are not answering my emails and they are refusing to tell me which bets they think are suspiccious.

It is obvious that they are bying time hoping that I will give up on my money.

It is such a cheap scam that is ridicolous.

This person called "Ronnie" just offers empty words every time there is a problem. You might think that Fraudbet is bigger than Google or Apple by the way it takes time to solve problems (although they are not solving them, they just keep "investigating" indefinitely) as like they have millions of customers.

Fraudbet is a fraud, and "Ronnie" is a complicit in this fraud.

Just because he uses nice empty words when leaving a post doesn't make him a saint. That is just a most common tactic for damage control.

Keep on pushing Ronnie, and I will keep on bumping here calling you scam untill the moment you pay me my money.

First up i'd like to point out that Mirae is not in any way paid by us to 'shill' (although it should go without saying if you just check their post history!) We have run paid signature campaigns in the past but do not approach individuals to promote us on the forums via fake positive messaging.

@JollyGood I'm a social and community manager at Cloudbet so I am employed to keep an eye on the forums as part of my duties, but I'm also active on Twitter, Telegram, skype, etc to stay in touch with our players, organise events and promotions, and try to solve any issues that come through via those channels.

I work with some very talented individuals who genuinely care about providing a great crypto casino and sportsbook experience. Not just because most of us are gamers ourselves, but because we all believe in the power of crypto and want to see it succeed as a successor to fiat. I can safely say that the vast majority of us wouldn't choose to work for a company that was 'selectively scamming' customers.

I know most people only see the negative issues that are posted on the forums or via social media, but we have a huge number of happy customers playing daily, placing bets and making withdrawals instantly. Unfortunately I only tend to interact with the players that do run into issues, but that's why I'm here - to catch anyone that has fallen through the cracks.

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

@LTU_btc Thanks for getting in touch, it looks like something is missing from the screenies you posted. There were some issues with our odds provider over the weekend so it could be the cause. Could you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate? If it's just as case of us not having the lines for that league I'll make a request to our sportsbook teams to add them for you.

Informing people about your plight is the right way forward but you have to be proactive in other ways too.

These "SBR" people you wrote to about your complaint might not see things your way so you need another plan just in case as a back up.

I hope you get your money back, this sounds like selective scamming to me. Cloudbet should allow you access to your funds.

I'm not sure. I will try to inform as much people as possible about Cloudbet. Shering information on this scam site is the only thing I have now, and I'm waiting SBR to do something about my complaint.
